Naomi POV : it's 4 in the morning and my phone is ringing . I look over to see I have multiple calls from Ace's parents , Jordan , Trey & Amari . My sister bursts into my room yelling " NAOMI GET UP GET UP ! ACE - " . All I read was his name I didn't hear the rest of what she was saying . I instantly jumped out of bed and slipped on some sweatpants and a jacket . I just put on my slides because they were right there . I jumped in the car with her and we headed to the hospital . My parents called her and said they were on the way also . We got to the hospital and I ran into the building . N : " excuse ma'am , can you tell me what room Ace Jackson is in ? " . Lady : that's confidential information N : Ma'am please ! Lady : What's the relation with the patient . N : He's my boyfriend , please Lady : he's in the emergency room
Naomi POV continued : I ran to the emergency room number she gave me { 252 } , I saw everybody sitting in chairs as I going and they all looked at hurt . We all made eye contact . Ace's mom was crying and his dad was trying to calm him down . Amari , Trey , & Jordan came up to me and pulled me down the hall . N : have they said anything T : he was hit by a truck . The car is damaged and they're doing their best . NPOVC : I broke down and Jordan grabbed my body . It was my fault . If we never would've argued about him telling me the baby was his , this wouldn't have happened . All I had to do was talk it out with him . N : can we go in there and see him T : they won't let any of us in the room . NPOVC : We all walked back to the waiting room . My parents and his parents were there . His mom just looked at me and then got up to hug me . That made me cry more and we just stood there crying and hugging each other . A couple seconds later a nurse came . Nurse : Family Of Ace Jackson ] we all stood up [ Nurse : Who's his parents ? Ace Parents : that'll be us . Nurse : Ace is responsive , and he's doing fine . He can't go home right now but he's fine . He does a few scars from the glass hitting him but we patched him up enough . Also , he asked is Naomi here ? Ace Mom : yes she's here , Naomi . Ace wants to see you . N : ( I wiped my tears and followed nurse to his room . )

Ace : Naomi N : yes , I'm here A : I'm sorry N : no , Ace I'm sorry . You wouldn't even be in here if I would've just listened to you . All I had to do was talk it out with you . I don't care about what you did in your past with her . Yeah y'all had a baby together but I'm still going to love you the same . A : Thank you Naomi , for being here . I'm done with all the life changing suprises . I love you . N : I love you too . A : Stop crying , I'm fine . I'm breathing so I'm straight . N : ( hugs him ) . I know . You're strong and I know you're going to be straight . A : whenever they say I'm good to go home I'm going to make it up to you . N : No - A : nah listen, I wanna make it up to you . Because I hurt you . N : Ace that's in the past now . We can't forget that it happened but we can leave it alone . A : that's fine N : I think your mom wanted to see you so I'll let everybody see you then I'll come back in here . A : that's fine .
Naomi POV : A hour and half later me , the crew that could come , and Ace are all in his hospital room laughing at this point . Our parents left and said they'd be back in the morning to get us . I didn't mind staying up with him . I helped him to the bathroom and taking a shower . My sister brought me some clothes so I could have something to change into while I was here with him . Ace's parents had talked about getting him a new car but they didn't know what to get him and they didn't want to bring it up either especially not at this time . Ace and me just watched YouTube videos on my phone half time while we were up there and when he'd sleep I'd just lay there watching him sleep . I would attempt to go to sleep but everytime he would move I would wake up . He told that he was fine and to just go to sleep . Two days later , he was being released from the hospital . He was so ready to get home in his own bed is what he'd say . But when we finally left , his parents drove us to their house . You're probably thinking when did she ever go to school ? lol , I go to school like a normal teenager and so does Ace and everybody else . But this is our personal life .
