A panic attack is a living nightmare. It starts off as butterflies in your stomach, you try to brush it off as just nerves. But as each slow moment passes you by, you realise it isn't just butterflies anymore. It becomes ice cold hands and feet and limbs that shake uncontrollably, tears start to fall when you realise what is going to happen. Your mind is racing forgetting everything you know. You try to stop it with all your might but suddenly you can't hear, your vision is gone. Too blurry, to see properly. Your legs are shaking too much too cope with. Your breath is short and sharp as each second passes by, the air is getting thinner and thinner, fighting for air. Your heart is beating a thousand times fast. You think you are going to die. It is no longer just butterflies In your stomach.
