Ray (Part 1)

Chapter 2-Part 1 a new path

Raven-"looks like Ray's gonna wake up, would you mind if we use the training field?"

Sara-"why would we need the training field? It's not like he's in any condition to actually fight."

Raven walks over to Ray, and then slowly places her hand over his chest and a light blue hue begin to glow under her palm, to Sara and Roma this radiance is rare to even see most hues of regular colors but none on the scale like this.

Roma-"*her aura it's like standing next to a warm light and you feel at ease all around you..* Raven what exactly are you doing to him?"

Raven smiles and as the light blue hue fades from her palm she turns to Roma and points to Sara.

Raven-"I rather keep what I know a secret, there's things you don't want to actually know ignoring something is sometimes best...And in any case I want that girl to take on Ray"

Sara's eyes wide as she hears this. In her thoughts she thinks "why me?, Can't you just take your little brother and just go it's clear to me that you both are something else" but the only thing she can utter was....

Sara-"w..well you see.."

Raven-"then it's final....Ray..get UP!!!"

With the words said Ray burst up and in a moment stop and looked around to gather his bearings of where he is now.

Ray-"Raven did you really have to tell so close to my ear?. Anyway why am I in the clinic?"

Raven quickly explain the situation to Ray making it much easier to get everything in order.

Ray-"I see, so you don't mind if our match is in private?"

Roma-"I don't see why not, but if I may ask why?"

Raven & Ray-"You'll see"

Both smiling at each other. Sara can't help but notice that Jon was still in the room too.

Sara-"oh Roma, Jon is still k.o. should we leave him like this?"

Raven looks over at Jon and she feel a slight tugging feeling at her heart she grabs her chest and Ray notice.

Ray-"Raven you ok? That's Jon he not much from what I briefly looked at him"

Raven shakes her head and Roma just close the curtains to Jon view.

Roma-"in any case let's get to a private training field."

Roma leads Raven, Ray, and Sara down a narrow hall just close to the clinic. Walking down that path lead to a spiral staircase and at the bottom was a massive field. The room has its own sorts of trees that was about 24ft tall, flowers, and even the air seems to be heavier. From the top to the bottom it took them exactly 35 minutes to reach. Once they reach the bottom Ray went over on the opposite end of it, which from the distance from where they got to where he was took him 20 minutes.

Sara-"so what's this suppose to be about? Why in private?"

Ray smiles as he stands there his body begins to slightly give off a gray hue.

Raven-"You see, Ray was born rare out of all pure humans in our record history. He...well you'll see for yourself.

Roma watches closely at Ray then he notice Ray's ears are vanishing. Sara notice his backside is getting wavy.

Roma&Sara-"He's growing a tail!!!"

There eyes widen in disbelief, as to what there seeing he's growing a tail and wolf ears.

Sara-"H..how is this possible.."

Roma-"is he a hybrid of a demi-human and pure human?"

Raven shakes her head and instructs Ray.

Raven-"Ray break it now!"

Ray-"Right!"

Ray with his fist clinch to his side in a battle stand shatters, what seems like a illusion around him. Roma eyes widen much bigger and Sara's mouth is left open. Ray stand there with in his normal look starts jumping a bit and, braces himself a bit cocky like with a grin on his face.

Ray-"This is what I really look like, I'm no hybrid both my parents are pure humans. And you both are about to see why i held back in class.

Sara-"You held back?.."

Roma looks at Sara's eyes and he notice a hint of anger. Sara then gets in a battle stand and gives Ray a serious look.

Ray&Sara-"LETS GO!"

Ray and Sara dash towards each other when Sara came within a few inches of Ray, he flipped over her. Sara spent her leg around in a spiral kick at Ray.

Sara-"*He's fast, really fast I might need to start using my aura to get closer*"

Sara then starts to gather aura around her body to give a attack. Ray not giving her a second to power up rushed towards her and hits her with his shoulder knocking her back a bit.

Ray-"Rule one in combat, even if your power is weaker than your opponent don't give them a second to power up or brace themselves."

Sara then smiles and looks at Ray.

Sara-"If your trying to teach me a fighting lesson give it up I have more fighting experience than you."

Ray narrows his eyes in pity in his head he was thinking "why are you like this?, You seemed much more Noble like when we first met not this prideful". Roma then notice the look Ray is giving Sara and looks toward Raven who has her eyes closed, in Roma head he's thinking "what the hell your eyes are closed and your little brother is giving Sara the death stare".

Raven-"if your worried about her why not step in and help?"

Roma-"I thought Ray had no aura..so what is he using?"

Raven-"no it's his aura but oddly I don't feel Ray moving around. That being said this is why I said keep knowing who we are a secret."

Sara-"ok if your gonna be serious I might as well too."

Ray makes a light step before becoming in contact with Sara fist. Ray then sweeps his legs and Sara jumps up, and Ray grabs her and flips her over his shoulder, while doing this Sara grabs Ray's arm and twist her body to regain her balance and she lands on the ground.

Ray-"*whistle* you aren't that bad and here I thought this boy wouldn't hold out much"

Raven then narrow her eyes at Ray she had something was a bit off when he woke up but she wanted too see if he fight what ever it is.

Raven-"*I'll just have to observe for now, knowing Ray this is a taunt to get Sara to be serious and see her power, what I'm curious about is how come shes playing around too? Almost like they both enjoy this*"

Ray and Sara both start smiling before the air around then feels heavy.

Sara-"what are you doing?"

Ray-"about to wrap this up"

Ray rushes towards Sara before vanishing and tripping her causing her to fall back.. Ray grabs her back and in a instant they lock eyes.

Ray-"I won"

Sara was a little speechless but muster to say something.

Sara-"I..it's fine.. wasn't like it was a serious combat..and would you mind letting me go?"

Never being held by a boy in a way her face starts to turn a shade of pink red.

Roma cocks his head in wonder, Raven has a devilish smile.

Ray-"Sara why was you so sure of yourself just because you have more Aura? In all I respect you but after that my opinion of you is...you ugly"

Raven, Roma, and Sara eyes widen and jaws drop.
