"Aleezay look i am sorry, we fought a lot yesterday but now i promise you that i will never smoke" he said i sighed "How can i be so sure that your telling me the truth?" I asked he held my hand "please trust me, I promise you" he said I sighed "I don't know Zayn, I am just scared that I will lose you, and I don't want that to happen" I said tears were falling I turned around so he couldn't see he turned me around and pulled me close to his lap, he moved my hair out of face and then held my hand "Al please listen, You can never ever lose me i love you too much and i can never leave you, You and Imran mean the world to me" he said i think i should now forgive him i smiled softly i hugged him "I love you princess" he said " i love you more" i said "Give me a kiss" he ordered "No i have to go wake up Imran" i said and got up, he pulled me back to his lap "Nope your not leaving" he said i sighed "Fine one kiss" i said he closed his eyes and made a duck face i kissed his cheek and ran away

"Aye cheating!" he yelled "Sorry but you didnt say where" i said and left "I will get you back" he yelled i laughed and i went to Imran's room he was playing with his toys "Hi Imran" i said "Hi mommy" he said i picked him up "How did you sleep in your new bed?" i asked "I swept good mama" he said "Thats good ! come on lets go make breakfast!" i said he nodded i kissed his cheek and then went downstairs

"You guys please stop goofing, your making a mess!" i scolded Zayn and Imran they both stopped "Sorry mama" Imran said i sighed "Its okay Imran go watch Elmo it must be on" i said he nodded and went to the living room Zayn wrapped his arms around my waist "Jaan you look so cute when you cook" he said "Zayn please i have to make breakfast for you guys and then go to work" i said "You still have work today?" he asked "yeah i have some patients who want to have a check up" i said "Jaan we never have family time" he said "I know love, but work is important i will be home early though i promise" i said "mommy i am hungry" Imran whined "sorry love, here go have some juice" i said he went to the pantry and got a bottle of juice "daddy open pwease" he said Zayn took the juice and opened it for him "Imran sit at the table and drink it please" i said and flipped the pancake he nodded

"I will be home soon" i said and kissed Imran cheek "Mama can you bring me candy?" he asked sweetly "Maybe i will" i said "Otay i lowve you" he said "love you more. Dont bother daddy too much" i said he giggled and nodded "Bye Zayn" i said and blew a kiss "Bye love" he said

"Aleezay omg i am feeling horrible the medicine isnt working" Laura said Laura is my patient she has been sick for 2 weeks "Laura you don't rest, your condition to work isn't appropriate you need to sleep, eat and just rest" i explained "i have to watch my grandkids" she said "Laura hun, i understand but you need to rest. Your sick and therefore you need to take care of yourself" i said she nodded "Thanks for helping , hows your husband and son?" she asked "Good Imran is just getting so big, Zayn is usually busy with work and his boss gives a lot of projects" i said she nodded "Hey Dr Malik boss wants to meet you" The nurse "Okay i am coming" i said she nodded and left "Laura if you have any questions give me a call" i said she nodded "Thanks Doctor" she said i smiled "No problem take care!" i said she nodded and left i went to my boss's office "Hi Dr Mason what's up?" i asked "Al you have been doing an amazing job! i am so proud of you" he said i smiled "Thanks Doctor you have been am amazing boss" i said "Well you deserve it which is why i am going to give you a raise and your in charge" he said my mouth opened "OMG No way!"i said he nodded "Thank you so so much!" i said and hugged him tightly he laughed "Your welcome now you can go home" he said "but i have to see more patients" i said "Al no your going home your patients postponed their appointments" he said "Okay thanks Dr!" i said excitedly and exited

"Mommy lets play!" Imran said "Hold on let me go change" i said he nodded i went upstairs i got my comfy clothes and then changed into them i went downstairs "Mom wheres Zayn?"i asked "He is at work he had to go so I watched Imran" she said "Oh okay have some dinner" i said "No beta i have to leave, Aliyah is at her friends and i need to pick her up" she said "Oh okay then thanks for watching Imran" i said "No problem dear, take care" she said "you too. Tell dad i said Salam (way of greeting) she nodded

"Imran come lets watch Disney" i said he sat next to me i kissed his forehead we both watched "Jake and the Neverland Pirates" Imran hugged me "Mama i love you" i said "Love you too come on lets go to bed" i said he nodded i picked him up and then we both went upstairs i changed him into his Batman pjs and then laid him down in his bed i read his favorite story he slowly fell asleep i kissed his cheek and then turned the night light on and then left

I went to mine and Zayn's room i went to the bathroom i washed my makeup off and took my contacts off i got a call from Zayn

Z: Hi jaan how are you?

A: i am good how are you?

Z: Tired i am on my way though, are you going to sleep?

A: not right now i am just watching some Netflix

Z: oh okay then i will be home soon okay?

A: okay love you bye

Z: love you more bye

I hung up and then laid down on the couch and watched Netflix

Few mins later

I saw Zayn he looked exhausted he smiled at me, he came to me and gave me a kiss i smiled "I missed you" he said "Me too, you look so tired" i said "I am i have been watching Imran and then i had to stay at work all day" he said "Aww my poor Zaynie, go change i will bring dinner for you" i said and got up "I already had dinner, just get me some water" he said i nodded he went to go change

Zayn's POV

I changed into my comfy clothes and then went out i saw Aleezay putting away my clothes i went up to her and kissed her cheek she smiled "Heres your water" i said I "thanks love" i said and drank my water "Imran's asleep?" i asked "Yeah he slept around 9:00" she said i nodded "Oh i forgot to tell you i got a raise and i am in charge now" she said "Al thats amazing! i am so proud" i said she smiled "My boss was really happy" she said "thats awesome Al" i said

Omg you probably hate me now i haven't updated for so long i had so much homework and tests so i barely got time but omg i cant believe 11K read my book thats just crazy! I made this chapter super long because it took me forever to update so i hope you all enjoyed and the next chapter will be up by this week
