The unknown mate Ch.12

“You promoted yuki that's great” itachi-ani said as he hugged me

“Yup i am now a genin but tomorrow i have to get my headband and my files documented” i said

“Have you told uncle fugaku and aunty mikoto” itachi-ani asked

“Not yet i was going there now till i ran into you” i said

“You better not keep them waiting you better go now” itachi-ani said

“Ok see you itachi-itoko” i said as i turned and started to run home

Itachi POV

Me and my team just got done with a D ranked mission and we were on our way to the hokages building. In the middle of the crowded road we ran in to Nora or she ran into us. I looked at her as to why she wasn't in school.

“Yuki why are you not in school” i asked

“Well you see itach-itoko i was promoted a genin today so that is why i am not in school” Nora said

“You promoted yuki that's great” i said as i pulled her in a hug

“Yup i am now a genin but tomorrow i have to get my headband and my files documented” Nora said as she looked up at me and smiled

“Have you told uncle fugaku and aunty mikoto” i asked

“Not yet i was going there now till i ran into you” Nora said

“You better not keep them waiting you better go now” i said as i looked at her

“Ok see you itachi-itoko” Nora said as she ran home

I watched as she disappeared in the crowd then i looked back at my teammates as they had faint pink on there cheeks. I sighed as i grabbed them by there arms and dragged them towards the hokage's building once we were almost to the building they snapped out of it and started walking themselves again.

“Itachi who was that girl that we ran into back there” one asked

“My cousin” i replied bluntly

“That was your cousin i didn't know you had a cousin” the other said

“Why are you asking?” i asked both of them

“No reason at all” they said in unison

“Well if it is nothing then we should report to the hokake then” i said

We then walked in the hokage building and up the flight of stairs to the hokages office then i knocked. Once we heard a come in we walked in to the room then the hokages looked up from his paperwork to us and i gave to report to the hokage as he took it he nodded his head. Then i asked

“Hokage-sama is there anymore missions for us to do” i asked

“As of right now your team has finished the required amount of 34 D ranked missions” hokage said

“Hai” we said in unison

“Your team will be taking the rest of the day off and tomorrow you will start your first C ranked mission” hokage said

“Hai” we said once again

“You are dismissed” he said

We bowed and left his office and back down the flight of stairs once we got outside my two teammates started talking about what they will do with the rest of the day.

“Hey itachi what are you going to do”they asked

“Train” i said bluntly as i started to walk away

“Hey wait…” they said as they ran after me

“Why do you always train itachi” one asked

“Reasons” i said

“And what are those reasons” the other asked

I just ignore them till i reached the compound as i walked through they stopped by the gates not daring to take a step inside. I walked to the house once i got there i took off my shoes by the door and walked in i set my shoes by the door as i went to my room i grabbed all the weapons i could find. I went into the kitchin to get some snacks and water then i saw mom in there making lunch.
“Hi mom i'm going to the training grounds i'll be back soon” i said

“Ok be careful also take this to your sister she should be at the training grounds as well” she said as she handed me a bag with some food in their and water

“Ok… i'll make sure i give it to her” i said as i grabbed the bag

I made my way out of the door and out of the compound towards the training grounds. I was walking towards the training grounds till i got the feeling that i was being watched so i made my way in to a dark alley and waited for my stakers to come out of hiding. After a while my two teammates poked there heads into the alley to see me standing there looking at them. They then stumbled back not expecting me to be standing there.
