and y'all know,, it's friday today! meaning i have volunteer with the kiddos again!! 😍🤧💕 i miss the kids so much oh gosh i wasn't there last friday b/c i was out sick rlllllly last minute )): i lowkey t-think the kids l-l*ve me- i was so popular today as well rEEEEEEEEEE and i think i really popped off today?? like u know when u act all cute and ur voice raises to make it more bright and energetic when u talk to kids right?? damn i'm normally not a very talkative person and i don't know how to take care of kids but like,,, i did so well today uwu i interacted so much and i'm proud of myself uwu
oh yeah today was such a sad day one of the most obedient and bright kids of our class was leaving the afterschool program forever and at the end of the day,, she hugged me before leaving with her dad like she didn't even hug the other TA and i'm just U W U
also this other kiddo, whos pretty coot and chubby in my opinion,,,, hes normally a troublemaker b/c he has so much energy and u know,, just,,, boys when they're younger?? i didn't rlly like him before but then today i spent a lot of time with him at his today and he actually listens pretty well to me if i persist??? and,,, at the end of the last activity(drawing/finish making their books),,, somehow when there were only 5 kids left who weren't picked up by their parents,,, he was sitting isolated in this other table and i asked him why and whether he wanted to sit with the other 2 kiddos near him and he said yes,,, and i just melted like >///< but yeah sad news after this quality bonding session 💯💯🔥🔥🤧😍💕🔥🔥 he's moving up to group 2(the group for slightly older kids and i'm in group 1 for reference) aka i won't see him anymore )))): can we just,,,, press 'f' to pay respects im sad i genuinely wanted to interact with him more )):
but y'all know the 3 kiddos featured in that one chapter of mb?? tristen, chris and jeffery?? well updates: tristen got a haircut and he looks absolutely adorable but like he seems so sad and down today?? )): i swear i had a good impression on him but today the only interactions we got were me distributing his snacks to him and getting him a paper towel when he made a mess and him saying thank you to me ))))))))))))))))):
and then chris was so cute today too uwu i helped him review with his vocab and he's so bright and smart i'm soft 🤧🤧 but yeah that's all my interactions with chris too b/c we got separated into dif groups for the rest of the activities T____T
at the last event/activity, our normal scheduled activity got canceled (for idk what reason) and the kids continued to work on their books and this girlie was working on her book on unicorns and the title was smth along the lines of "i ride a pony" GAH THATS COOT- and her pony was apparently called "buckles" or smth but on this one page of her book she misspelled it and it read "fuckles" LKJAASKLDJALSKD I WHEEZED WHEN I SAW IT AND SHE JUST LOOKED AT US TAs LIKE TF U LAUGHING AT BUCKLES IS COOT OKK??
