"What yun lang pla? akala ko naman kung ano na, akala ko naman nag halikan na kau or what"- Maj
"ano ka ba friend, eh di nasa clinic na ako pag nangyari yun, baka nahimatay na ako nun"...
The weeks passed at puro pasulyap-sulyap and pangiti-ngiti lang ginagawa nila sa isa't-isa, Cris never talked to her again, at para siyang iniiwasan nito, diosa was expecting more than that, she thought that anytime he will ask her kung pwede siyang maging girlfriend nito, but unluckily, malapit ng matapos ang 1st sem ai wala pa ring nangyayari...
<Monday -1 week before the semester ends>
What is wrong??? 1 week na lang exam na then tapos na ang first sem... wala ba siyang balak na tanungin ako, or kausapin man lang sana???- She thought to herself while sitting inside the student council office habang nag sasalita ang SC president...
"Diosa, ano payag ka ba sa offer ng department of arts and music???" SC president
"Ha? what pa ulit nga pres???"
"ang sabi ko, ni-rerequest ng department of music and arts kung pwedeng mag intermission ka sa semester farewell next week"
"teka, bakit sila pres may ganun? bakit ang dept namin wala?"- dept of eng and arch representative
"nasa department governor nyo yan, and since ang arts and music advisers nag agree at nakapag submitt na ng requirements and letter sa university pres na approve ang celebration...
don't worry invited naman lahat ng SC officers sa aming party... hahaha" and he smiled with an evil grin
"kaya naman pala na approved agad agad..." bulong ng ibang SC officers
"so ano diosa? payag ka ba? ikaw kasi most requested ng mga students sa department namin, they loved your performance sa miss university"
"Is that the only reason kaya tayo may meeting? at kaya andito si diosa kahit hindi siya officer?"- dept of midwifery representative.
....medyo bitter lang teh? she told herself
"She didn't even won the talent portion!"- dag dag pa nito
Talo naman ang representative nyo sa question and answer portion bleh!... pagtataray nya sa isip nya.. and because of that and one other reason pumayag siya...
"yun lang naman pala, no prob pres basta ikaw, ihanda nyo na lamang ang red carpet at spotlight gora ako dyan!" she told the SC pres with confidence, thinking that Cris will be there too at ng makapag usap sila one on one ng seryoso, and she promised na hindi siya mag chi-chicken out.
...but wait!
"Wait pres, pupunta ba lahat ng students sa department niyo?" she asked
"yup, no exemption yun ang napag usapan ng dean and advisers or else their governor will not sign their clearance"
