Hey guys!!
Thank you for giving this book a chance and checking it out :)
'Just Friends' was officially published on the 06/11/2019.

This book was written by two people and it is our first time working together for a book and if it turns out successful, we will definitely come up with many more stories for you guys. Just make sure to support us because that just motivates us to write, write and write! We really hope you enjoy.*crosses fingers*

Another thing, if there is anything that comes off as offensive or unrealistic in a way for you, just know that this is a fictional book from our imagination. We don't intend to offend anyone in anyway.

And lastly, Plagiarism is a big thing. We don't wanna drag it out too much but long story short. Do not copy this book or use any part of it!

Briar's POV.

I slam my locker with anger behind it, causing a loud echo to form across the hall full of students, attracting people's attention towards me.

"What are you all looking at?!" I snarl, turning to the curious eyes.

They quickly look away with confused expressions and others with smirks after realising the shitty mood I am in right now and I huff in annoyance with a roll of my eyes.

"No, I'm not on my period if that's what some of you are thinking right now," I snap but my voice lowers the instant I remember the events from last night that come flooding in my mind again.

Forget shitty mood, I'm furious. I'm furious at him and his fucking games. I'm furious at his whole existence and I hope he gets hit by a bus and nobody cares about him.

Last night something unexpected occurred and he should be worrying about what is yet to happen to him.

I feel stinging at the back of my eyes as my throat once again swells and I tell myself not to cry right now. I will not be weak. I will not shed another tear for him especially from after the pools of my very own from last night.

Ever since I found out about it my emotions have just been a complete mess, all over the place. I have never before been in a situation where I have believed in someone and let them in but, they played me and broke my trust. Life is just screaming at me like: 'Well here you are, bitch!'

I thought it would work out.

I thought we had a future.
