Chapter 64

I sucked his earlobe and kissed his neck. His thrusts turned from fast to slow and deep. Oliver's lips once again found mine and our kiss matched the intensity. Slow and hot.
I felt myself tighten around him and a sheen of sweat formed on my skin.

"I'm gonna.." I breathed out.

"Come for me baby." He murmured in my ear. His breath caused goosebumps to appear on my skin and shivers to run down my spine.

That was all I needed. My body shuddered and I panted and moaned.
I held on to him for dear life as I found my release.

I panted and melted into the bed with a small satisfied smile on my face.
Oliver kissed my shoulder and flopped next me. His long slender fingers played with strands of my messy hair.

"We need to get ready." Oliver said after he caught his breath.

I sighed and rolled over to face him.
"I know."

"How do you feel about it?" He tucked a few strands behind my ear.

"I don't know. Nervous?" I sighed. "I just don't want anyone to get hurt. We've all been through so much."

In these past 8 months Russell saved Adley Corporations, Oliver grew Black Industries even more.
Erica made the heart breaking decision to leave Tom. He never changed after everything. He went back to working all the time and ignoring her, even after she threatened to leave him before.

And Sam is, well, Sam.

Sometimes I work with Russell or Oliver especially if Clara needs time off. Clara and I actually get along now and Elizabeth and Nicholas are doing really well. Nick is absolutely enamoured by Charlotte.

"Russell will be there and we won't let anything happen." Oliver said softly.

Leah was released from the psychiatric hospital and was coming over tonight for dinner.
I was very hesitant to accept her request. Our condition was that Russell stayed with her at all times.

We showered together and Oliver washed my hair.

"Have I told you how beautiful you are lately?" Oliver asked thoughtfully.

"Only everyday." I smiled at him and pecked his lips.

We finished getting ready in time for Charlotte to wake up.
I picked her up out of her cot and made my way downstairs to see Gerard and Alissa.

Oliver employed them when I was on strict bed rest. They've been amazing and helpful throughout everything. Alissa gave me parenting advice and Gerard gave me food.
What more could you want?

They're really more like grandparents to her.

"There's my baby girl!" Alissa exclaimed. Charlotte laughed and gurgled.

"Are you sure you're happy to look after her when Leah's here?"

"Of course!" Alissa exclaimed.

We sat around the living room waiting for Leah to get here. Sam heard about the dinner and decided to come around for a free feed.
