⋆✴︎˚｡⋆ CASSIDY STEELE, Hawkins' resident know-it-all was an overachiever. She knew it, and so did her peers from her years of skewing the grading curve. Cassidy had big plans for the future, all of which involved getting accepted into NASA's space program and becoming the first black woman to walk on the moon.
Cassidy had been obsessed with the idea of the never-ending universe for as long as she could remember; she memorized the names of all of the constellations, knew everything there was to know about the planets, and she wanted to make history. However, her ambitious plans were put on hold when the little brother of her close friend goes missing, and she gets sucked into a conspiracy involving enhanced children, government coverups, and other dimensions beyond our level of understanding, along with confusing feelings for a girl that probably doesn't even know she exists.
