The next day
Dianne text me this morning telling me she'd gone to pro rehearsals .
Me and the lads were judging chilling
"Caspar I kissed Dianne last night " I blurt our
"Wait what " Caspar says dropping his phone
I bit my lip a little
"I kissed Dianne " I says again
"Go on Joe " Jack says with a smile and patting my back
"You're confused aren't you " Josh says
"Yes. Help me " I say
"Joe. Do you love Dianne ?"Caspar smirks at me
"I don't know. I mean her laugh is contagious and that smile. She understands me and never judges me when I'm having a bad day. She makes me laugh every single day and even when she gets mad at me it's hard for me not to smile when I'm with her . Every time we get close I feel even happier . It's that feeling of being loved by someone . It's like how I felt about her back in secondary school . Because Caspar I'd be lying if I said they went away because I know they didn't . You want her to be proud of you. Make her smile. You want to see her smile . She's talented and deserves the world . I want to hold her again like I use to ." I say
"Mate . You love her . Listen I've got go " Josh says
"Yeah same" Jack says
"Yeah me to "Caspar says
"I didn't answer your question " I say
"Yes you did " Caspar say
They all get up and say bye
I sit there confused.
I hear the door unlock and expected it to be Byron
But then in walks the beautiful red head I've been thinking about all this time
"Hey Joe " She says
"Hey Dianne How was rehearsal " I say
"Good" She says
There was an awkward silence
"I don't like this silence " Dianne says walking over to me and sitting beside me
"Dianne I need to tell you something " I say
"Go ahead ." Dianne says
"We kissed last night . I didn't do it because I was alone or still not over Megan. It was because Dianne I still love you. I never stopped loving you. You mean so much to me and I want us to be something other than friends " I say
"Joe I still love you to but you know about the contract. We can't at least not yet " Dianne says
"Strictly stays professional. Me and You in this house is do whatever we want . So Dianne I'm only going to try this once . Will you be my girlfriend " I say
"Joe I'd love to " She replies
