Ishi stood in front of the desk, the woman sitting there looked up at her. Waiting. "Can I help you?" she asked, tilting her head inquisitively.

Ishi nodded her head.

"Are you here to find someone?"

She nodded again.

"Can you tell me who?"

Ishi hesitated for several seconds before once again nodding, and whispering "Aizawa...Shouta" her mouth wobbling in anxiety.

"Isn't that the Pro Hero that was brought in a little bit ago?" a new voice asked, startling Ishi.

"Can I ask your relation to the patient?, only family is able to see him at the moment." the help desk woman asked.

"He's...my...dad..." Ishi whispered

"WHAT!" the second woman shouted. The first shushed her before she could continue, "I didn't know EraserHead had a kid!"

"Ignore her, let's find out what room he's in so you can visit him, okay" the first woman said with a reassuring smile. "Room...2398...in the west wing of the south building..." she looked up at Ishi with a look that could only be described as 'can she really get there on her own' before deciding to say something. "Would you like an escort or just directions?"

"Directions" Ishi said solidly, she was terrified of having someone she didn't know walking next to her for an extended period of time.

"Okay then..." she said skeptically, "first you go out the door to the left behind me, straight across the courtyard for a little while, enter the first building you come across, take a right turn to the elevators, press the button the brings you to the eighth floor, take another right and go all the way to the end of the hallway, his room is the last one on the left" her instructions were rapid fire and slightly disorienting but she didn't really need to remember them, her snakes had taken in the information each of them grabbing a segment so they could take turns instructing her and not needing to know the whole path individually.

"Thank...you..." Ishi mumbled before her snakes started repeating the instructions leading her through the back left door and out into the expansive courtyard.

"Straight~"

"Three stairs~"

"Right~"

"Elevator on right, four steps forward~"

"Wait~" one commanded as it pressed the "8" button displayed on the panel.

"Walk~"

"Right~"

"Straight~"

"Right, doorknob at hip~" she fumbled around trying to figure out which hip they meant and where it was from there.

Finally catching her hand on the knob she turned it and fell through because conveniently at the same time a doctor was trying to make his way out of the small room.

"Hello..." he said politely, "I think you have the wrong room, nobody should be allowed in here"

"Is...this...room...2398?" she inquired slowly.

"Yes, it is, and nobody but family can enter, Nemuri has already been in"

"I'm...his...daugh..ter" he looked shocked as he attempted to take in the information.

"I...was not informed about this" he sputtered. She got weary of being nervous, and of him blocking the door. Her snakes picked up on it and quickly started pushing him out of the way so she could rush past him.

"Aizawa!" she called.

"YOUNG LADY! HE IS NOT AWAKE AND I URGE YOU NOT TO DISTURB THE PATIENT HE HAS BEEN THROUGH QUITE ENOUGH FOR ONE DAY!" the doctor shouted, indignant.

"Aizawa!" she cried again, tears starting to fall from her eyes into the soft yet sturdy fabric around her eyes, it was awkward and cold having them there, but she refused to take them off, she didn't try so hard to get here just to kill him because her tears made her uncomfortable.

He groaned, a sound full of uncomfortability and pain. A sound that only the living make. She heaved a great sigh of relief as all the adrenaline that had kept her going here quickly left her body, making her tople onto his lap. He flinched slightly at the sudden weight but relaxed when he heard her speak, "You're alive".

"Yeah kid, I'm alive. Couldn't kick the bucket that quick now could I? Who would be left to piss off Mic and lecture Toshinori?" she giggled slightly at his words.

"You were just in a villain attack, couldn't you be a little more serious" she breathed, speaking slowly. Shifting carefully, she was slowly getting off of him and moving to the nearby chair.

"Are my shits okay?" he asked slightly concerned.

"You act like you hate them, but you really care about them deep down now don't you?" she teased before getting serious, "the green haired one had some broken bones, Toshinori was supposed to be here, everyone else was just bruised, at least that's what the television said," she explained.

"How did you get here?"

"Hizashi's phone...he left it in his room and so I used the GPS to get here..." there was a slight anxious tremor in her voice, slightly afraid he would be upset at her for leaving without telling anyone or having an escort.

"Were you scared?" he asked quietly.

"Yes"

"Then why did you come?"

"Because you are worth it"
