Chapter 4

THIRD PERSON'S POV

When the class starts again, the students went back to "normal".

May nakikinig. May natutulog. At may nakikipagdaldalan.

Isa sa mga nakikinig ay si Lorraine. She's really serious about listening because it's her favorite subject, which is Science. 'Grabe! Ngayon ko lang nakitang ganyan si Lorraine! What's wrong with her?!' Bulong ni Jane. 

On the other hand, Jane is just pretending to listen. Nakakatulog na nga siya sa sobrang boring.

Pero, hindi niya napapansin na may isang tao na tinititigan lang siya buong magdamag. Ito'y walang iba kundi ang katabi niyang si Rence. Habang tinititigan niya si Jane, napapangiti na lang siya mag-isa. 'God I miss her so much! I want to hug her so tight!' he whispered to himself. Rence is about to talk to Jane when the bell rang and made her wide awake.

'That's a miss.' he murmured again.

"May sinasabi ka?" sabi ni Jane na ikinagulat ni Rence. He didn't expect that Jane will hear what he just said.

"A-ah w-wala. Sabi ko may binigay kasing homework sa Science, gusto mong kopyahin?" Palusot ni Rence.

"Ah. Wag na lang. Kokopya na lang ako kay Lorraine. Thanks, by the way." Jane said. Rence just nod for his answer.

Jane and Lorraine went out of the door so fast that Rence didn't noticed it.

*at the mall*

JANE'S POV

"Hey Lorraine! Anong mas bagay sa akin? Itong pink or blue?" I said. Nandito kami sa mall. We're just shopping for new clothes. 

"Lahat naman ng isuot mo bagay sa'yo eh. So why don't you buy them both?" Lorraine said.

"Aww. That's very flattering, Lorraine!", I said "Oo nga, bakit di ko naisip yun?" I continued. I obviously bought the two dress.. After buying that, we left and went to another boutique.

"Hey, magkwento ka naman!" sabi ko. Kasi naman ngayon na lang ulit kami nagsama kahit na magkaklase kami. Because during dismissal, she suddenly disappears like a bubble. I think she have a special power or something. I don't know! My head is going to blow up just because of thinking where she went. UGHH! Siguro may date yun kapag nawawala bigla. Kasi simula ng magkaboyfriend siya, bihira na lang kaming magsama. Kaya miss na miss ko na siya eh. haayyy.

"Ano namang ikukuwento ko sayo? Alam mo namang puro love lang yung topic na gusto kong pag-usapan eh." sabi nya na parang kinikilig pa yata. Hayy. Lagi na lang tungkol sa love ang gusto niyang pag-usapan. It's so irritating!

"Hay! Sige na nga! Kwento mo na yung lovelife mo!" ano pa bang magagawa ko, bestfriend ko siya eh. Papakinggan ko na naman yung surprise na ginawa sa kanya ng boyfriend niya, yung regalo sa kanya. Hay! nakakasawa nang pakinggan! 

"Yehey! So here it goes. Kaninang recess, nag-picnic kami!! And Oh my Gosh! Binilhan niya ako ng pagkain! And the good thing about it was, I DIDN'T EXPECT IT! AHHHH!!!" sigaw niya. grabe! sakit sa tenga nun ah! Di man lang siya nahiya. Pinagtitinginan na tuloy kami ng mga tao dito. Ako tuloy nahihiya sa ginawa niya. :/

"AHHHH!! Nakakakilig talaga!! Sana lagi kaming ganun. hay-- ui Jane! nakikinig ka ba??" sabi niya sa akin. Di ko naman kasi akalain na nakaupo na pala ako sa sahig at napapapikit na. Grabe! I feel so embarassed! :(

"Huh? Anong nangyari? Nasaan tayo??" react ko. Nagulat ako sa kanya eh. Ang sarap ng tulog ko bigla na lang nanggigising! hay. "sus. ikaw lang pala. Ano ngang sinabi mo ulit?"

"Ang sabi ko, nakikinig ka ba?" its obvious in the way she delivers the sentence that she's really angry or somehow irritated at me. What can I do? I'm so tired of 'boutique hopping' since we left the school?!

"Yes, I am. What's his name again?"

"Gab. His name is Gab. You know, why won't you meet him personally? I'll tell him about it. Sasabihin ko na lang din sayo yung details. Okay? Okay." Tuloy-tuloy na sabi niya. Grabe naman to! hindi man lang ako pinagsalita! Sarili niyang tanong sinagot din niya! Grabe! Iba na talaga kapag inlove ka na. haayyy.

I sighed and then said "Okay fine. Just promise me that I won't be out of place between the two of you. Promise?" I offered my pinky finger to her. It took minutes for her to make her decision. Grabe! Nakakangalay ah! And finally, she offered her pinky finger and we shake it as she say, "Promise"

I am really looking forward for our 'meet-up' with this Gab. I'm excited. And I hope, our first meet-up will be as I expected it to be.
