Matt x reader ~ first kiss

'Yeah I've known her since I was 5. We've always been great friends and she was very excited when I moved here.'

'I can get that.' Matt smiled. 'Its always good to go to parties. You meet new people.'

'Well I never really go to parties.. It's like my first one in 3 years.'

'How old are You?' Matt asked.

'18.'

'You're 18 years old and this is the first party you go to in 3 years?' He asked.

You took a sip from your drink and nodded.

'I mean I want to go to more parties but it already took me a month to even be able to go to this one.. and once I get there I always end up feeling awkward.'

'Awkward?' Matt asked.

'Just all of these people. Getting drunk, getting high, getting fuck up because of drugs, trying to get girls to sleep with them.. It's not my style.'

Matt looked around. It was true. That was exactly what was happening. Laura was also like right on top of her boyfriend, not paying attention to you at all.

'We can go outside, if you want?'

'I'm not going to keep the student council president away from the party.'

'Well maybe the student council president doesn't mind to be outside with a lovely girl.'

You blushed a little. Matt offered you his hand. This went against everything you were and weren't allowed to do.. but at this point you didn't care. You grabbed his hand and Matt took you outside.

You spend a lot of time to joking around and talking. It had been a while since Matt was able to do that with someone. He really enjoyed it and so did you.

'But what I don't get.. why aren't you allowed to do all off these things that makes your teenage years so incredible?'

'It's mostly that my parents don't want any of that in the house or in my life. I've never had a proper birthday party, I never go to parties, I've had boyfriends but I've never even kissed before.. if you don't even do that then you don't even do anything that comes after that.'

'But why don't you do it when your parents can't see you.' Matt asked.

'As soon as I get into all of that you get attached to people and you want to do it all the time. My parents didn't even know I had boyfriends. I never introduced them.. That's why they never lasted long.. together with the fact that we're constantly moving.'

You sat down a little more comfortable on the grass. Matt moved a little closer to you. You looked at him and when he looked at you, you looked away with a small, shy smile.

'You move a lot?' He asked.

'Yeah.. seeing I'm not allowed to do anything I study quite a lot. I'm always that nerdy kid that everyone makes fun off. My parents don't change the rules they change the place I live.'

'That must be awful.' He said. 'I hope you can stay here.'

You looked at him and smiled.

'I hope so too.'

'I do think you can be wild if you want to. I mean you're doing everything your parents forbid you to do tonight. Drinking, being alone with a guy, not constantly checking your phone.'

It was true. You didn't even know what time it was.

'I feel like this night is one of the best nights I've had.' You smiled.

'It could be even better.' Matt said.

You looked at him. Matt leaned towards you and you felt his pinky grab yours. You looked at your hands. He gently grabbed your hand. You looked back up at him. When Matt leaned in, so did you. Was this going to happen?

'Y/N! There you are.'

You and Matt both looked to the side. Matt let you go and you sat up.

'What's up?' You asked Laura.

'Haven't you been checking your phone? It's almost midnight. Your parents have been standing outside for almost half an hour. They almost wanted to come inside. I saved you from embarrassment.'

You reached into your purse and grabbed your phone. You saw a bunch of missed calls and angry messages.

'Shit.'

You got up and ran away.

When you got outside you saw your parents. You hurried towards the car and got in.

'I'm sorry! Im sorry I lost track of time.' You quickly apologised.

'Do You know how serious this is Y/N! You promised us we could trust you!' Your mother hissed. 'That's no more parties for you.'

'Mum please.. I'm sorry! I'm not dead. That's good, right?'

'Why is that guy holding your purse?' Your father asked.

You looked outside and saw Matt. You got out of the car and hurried over to Matt.

'You forgot this.' He said.

'I know.. I'm sorry Matt but I have to go now. Im way to late and I don't think I get to go to any parties anymore.' You sighed.

'Y/N-'

'Thank you. Thank you for an amazing evening.' You said. 'Thank you for making me feel normal for once.'

'Y/N, You forgot this too.' Matt said before kissing you.

You tried to push him away at first but couldn't stand the amazing sensation this gave you. Your first kiss.. your first actual kiss. You kissed him back, praying that you were doing okay. Your father got out of the car and pulled you away from Matt.

'Dad stop! You're hurting me.' You hissed.

You tried to pull your arm back.

'You're grounded. You know you know you are.' Your father hissed. 'Now get into the car!'

You looked at Matt. He grabbed your hand.

'My number is in there.. if you ever wanna do this again.' He smiled.

You smiled back at him and allowed your father to nearly through you into the car before he drove you home.
