Chapter 28

Hermione's POV

"And one last thing" he asks. "If I'm going to help you don't you think I should be there when you tell your parents?" I freeze and look up at him. "Yes, you should" I say. "Good he says kissing me. I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him back. I hear a bell ring somewhere in the castle signaling our first class. "Well we better go" I whisper. He nods.

The rest of the day is spent by me trying to figure out what to do. Obviously I can't actually bring Harry to see my father. That would end up in both of us dead before we can open our mouths. I could try to get two people to act as my parents. Maybe I could try to find the two muggles my father had imperised back in second year when the Weasley's met them. In the end I decided to ask some help. At midnight I slip into Harry's invisibility cloak and head to the room of requirement. He is not in there when I get there. That is very weird. He normaly spend all his free time in there. I sit down on the small couch and wait. I lay my hands on my stomache. I can feel the difference. There is a more roundness to it and it is no longer soft but hard and smooth. I can see a small bump when I am wearing fitted cloths. If I am wearing our uniforms no one can tell. Except for me. I can always tell. Expecialy since I am reminded every morning by throwing up about five times.

"Why are you here?" I am startled by a sneering voice from behind me. I quickly pull down my shirt and stand up. "I need your help" I say looking at him. His eyes are darker than usual, ful of fear and anger. "With what? Why don't you go ask your boyfriend the chosen squib or whatever." I roll my eyes. "Can't you just cuoperate for once?" He smirks. "He wants to meet my parents." He looks at me and thinks for a second. "Well just tell the idiot that they don't want to meet him. He'll believe amything." He says walking over to the vanishing cabinet and taking out his wand. "Oh shut up." I say. "What?" He asks. "Can't you just be, oh I don't know, nice to people for once?" I ask walking over to him. "What ar you talking about?" He asks putting his wand down. "I don't know maybe I'm just tired of you being an idiot all the time, acting like a dumb pureblood jerk and pretending not to care all the time." I say walking out. I really don't feel like arguing at the moment.
