The day Izuku Midoriya was born was a bittersweet, melancholic yet harmonic day. The heavens seemed to be playing a symphony as this day had many highs, many lows, and many events happening at the same time. While it was beautiful, it was also painful.
—
At first, Hisashi Midoriya and Inko Midoriya were confused. "Positive. . . Hisashi? Honey, come here please!"
The house soon shook from two laughing lovers running through the seemingly bright halls and jumping for joy, as days passed and walls were painted bright colors, diapers and baby powder being what the house smelled like. Days turned to weeks, weeks to months, the two went through mood swings, sunrises, sunsets, and romantic nights together, preparing themselves for what their future would comprise of.

"You know. . . once they're here, do you think that we'll be able to handle it? That responsibility? Taking care of another human being?" Inko constantly worried.
"We'll be okay. As long as we're here together, I know that this will be a happy home for a happy family. Don't worry, Love," Hisashi constantly comforted, "We'll be fighting this battle together. We'll make enemies, sure, but we'll have allies. Just make sure to keep me sane, okay?" He laid a gentle kiss to the smaller greenette's temple as they wrapped their arms around each other.
Looking in from the large bay window in the front of the house, the silhouette of two bodies melting into a loving embrace would be seen. Truly, they needed each other. Their love was pure and tragic, loving and broken, and soon to be the child's pain.

Inko Midoriya woke up in the middle of the night in cold sweat to a wet bed. She involuntarily grunted and a torched shock of pain shot through her spine, swirling in her gut. As soon as she realized what was happening, her eyes widened and she screamed-- very, very loudly. Hisashi Midoriya soon woke to the ear-piercing screech of his wife. He felt around for his wife, searching the bed with his hand. He felt the wet stain and immediately shot up from his laying position.
Making a b-line for the other side of the bed, Hisashi rushed himself over to his wife who was struggling to stand up, pressing her hands desperately on her abdomen and her nightstand. The clock near her shivering fingers read in neon green numbers, "22:01". Hisashi, who was undoubtedly freaking out, shuffled towards Inko and put an arm under her shoulders, supporting her weight, and then put one behind her knees. He lifted her up and started quickly and safely making his way out of their shared bedroom and into their pitch black living room.
He wasted no time going to the house phone and dialing 911. A calm and firm female voice immediately responded to the call, "911, what's your emergency?"
Hisashi's loud and nervous voice rang, "Hi! mywife'swaterjustbrokeshe'sgoingintolabor, please help!" "I'm sorry can you please repeat that?" Having enough of waiting, though, Inko quickly snaps, "Get the fuck over here right now I'm about to birth a fucking child and I'd like to not kill it in the process, thanks- uuuuggh, urp-"
A series of grunts and yells of pain filled the room and the responder's ears, to which she responded with, "I need your address and we'll send some paramedics your way."

They arrived at the hospital in a panic, the duo preparing to become a trio. Inko smiled through the pain as she was rushed through the emergency ward's hallways and into a room with bright white lights. Hisashi hurriedly followed his wife who was laying, propped up of course, on a white bed-like stretcher. The slight squeak of the wheels under her weight could be heard heading down the emergency ward's halls along with the shuffling of many people.
In this situation, the anxiety was real. Finally, the group of people made it to the room they were looking for. A woman in a white coat and blue gloves was already there, she immediately looked up from her paperwork and quickly dashed over to the men and women to help them get Inko onto the bed that was situated in the middle of the room. They supported all parts of her body and laid her down with her legs separated. Some of them left, and some more people came into the room. Hisashi stayed beside his wife, letting her squeeze the life out of his hand, and all of them prepared for the long night ahead of them.
—
After many long laborious hours, Inko and Hisashi could finally call themselves proud parents. Inko's body finally relaxed after using all of its strength to force out a small child. The happy duo smiled softly as the child was taken to a separate room to be cleaned. they looked into each other's eyes and laughed softly. Hisashi wiped the tears from Inko's eyes and cheeks, and rubbed her arm in a calming manner. "I love you so much. I'm sure the baby will too, honey," Hisashi said to her, leaning in for a gentle, warm hug.
They had a few moments of bliss together, and then the woman came back into the room. She held a baby swaddled up in a towel in her arms, happily gazing at the two. Inko and Hisashi's smiles widened looking at their little bundle of joy. The greenette laying on the bed propped herself up further and gladly accepted the baby as he was passed into her arms. The doctor spoke quietly, "It's a boy. What will you name him?" She slowly replied, "Izuku." Just as Inko looked up into her eyes, her arms suddenly went slack. The baby landed on her thighs and started crying once the recognizable high pitched "beep" filled the room. (Bitch just got g-noted)
((Sorry not sorry))

The unravelling of Hisashi didn't take long. First, it was denial. He would hold the baby, waiting by the door of his house, waiting for Inko to come home. She wasn't gone. She couldn't be, she couldn't leave him. She was all he had, the only thing keeping him together.
Second, it was shame. He though of every single thing that he could have done to avoid losing her. Maybe it would have been better if he hasn't even met her. She would still be alive, happy. He caused this, he thought, he thought that it was his fault. He just wanted her back, but it was his fault.
Third, it was acceptance. He finally accepted that she was gone, and that he had lost more than half of himself. He would never be the sane, because she would never come back. She would never be able to coax him out of his self sabotaging state of mind. It was all. . . Izuku's fault.
Finally, he had come to a conclusion. The god damned baby was the reason she died. If he hadn't been conceived, hadn't been born, none of this would have happened. Izuku caused this, he took Inko. He should have been the one to die, not Inko. She was his angel, and Izuku took her from Hisashi.
Izuku would pay, Hisashi swore.
