Epilogue

And with that Olivia felt her heart do a 360 and her cheeks turned little shade darker. She couldn't say a word so, she just engulfed the person in front of her into a tight hug. They stayed like that for a good minute "I love you"

"I love you more" Julian replied.

Days passed, and their big day is just around the corner. They decided to do the wedding at a family's French Villa with a theme of royal blue and white. Blue is Julian's favourite colour and Olivia wanted a traditional white so, they combined it.

They're currently testing the food choices and as usual Julian is not contributing again because all she ever answer is 'whatever you like' but her only request is the flavour of the cake being chocolate. "Babe try this" Olivia spooned something and offered it to Julian.

Julian who was busy doing something on her phone just opened her mouth. Moments later her eyes widen and when she felt a burning sensation in her mouth. She quickly grabbed the glass of water on the table

"And this is why you should pay attention" Olivia teased

"You should be grateful I love you" Julian whispered

"You're saying something?" Olivia asked

"Nothing dear. I said you're beautiful" Julian lied

"Aww thanks babe" said Olivia and pinched Julian's cheeks "you're so cute"

"Babe. Ow! That hurts!" the girl complained

It's now the day before the wedding and they were forced to live in different places due to some superstition that the wed to be shouldn't see each other before their wedding or else they won't last or something like that.

They both lay on their separate beds feeling uneasy due to them already being used to sleeping next to each other. Julian stared at the dark ceiling feeling her heartbeat still pounding for tomorrows events. And because of that she couldn't sleep.

The next day she stood in front of a full body mirror looking at her reflection. She's wearing a blue suit completed with a pixie haircut because why the hell not. She's fixing her tie when she heard a knock on the door.

Her parents came in and they greeted their one and only child "you look great" her mom said and fixed her tie instead

"You really got my looks" said her dad and received a glare from his wife "I mean our looks"

"Thank you, guys" Julian replied and looked at herself at the mirror again

"By the way, your fiancé and soon to be wife wanted to give you this" her dad handed her a black box. When she opened it, she saw a note saying, 'You better not be late in your own wedding or else' She's often late these past few weeks because of her new role in the company.

She smiled taking out the black leather watch and strapping it on her wrist. "Here" her mom pinned a white and blue rose on her suit "Now you're ready" Taking one more glance at the mirror she walked out the door.

The ceremony finally started and guessed filled the hall. Calming her nerves Julian stood by the door waiting for her signal. The door opened for her and the orchestra played as she walked down the aisle. People on their seats turned to her and brought up their phones

She felt her hands a little sweaty, but she felt a hand shake around hers. She turned and saw her mom who gave her a reassuring squeeze. Her dad also walked her down on the other side. She's now standing by the altar watching as their entourage made their way in.

Then the music changed to a traditional wedding march and the grand wooden double door opened and revealed the person she's been longing to see. Olivia wore a white off shoulder gown and a veil. She's holding a mixture of blue and white rose bouquet.

They made eye contact and Julian couldn't help but to feel emotional. Her eyes are teary as the other girl walk down the aisle. She kept thinking how this goddess ended up with her and what did she ever do to deserve this.

Finally, Olivia reached the front and saw Julian a light shade of pink and tears began to flow from her eyes, so she wiped the other girls' tears. She also couldn't help but to feel emotional because finally they're there.

The minister, priest person started and after a couple of moments pass it was time to exchange vows. Julian held Olivia's hands and tried her best to keep it still. She felt a small squeeze from Olivia "As you may already know, I'm not good with words" Julian started "So, I'm going to keep it short. First of all, I wanted to thank God for making this happen" she then turned to the crowd "to your parents and mine because if it weren't for them we wouldn't be here. To our friends and guests for being here, thank you" she turned to Liv again "and to you my love"

Olivia listened to her intently

"Thank you because you were able to cope with my craziness" the crowd laughed "you bring out the best in me" she paused calming her nerves "I'm grateful because who knew my first crush is now about to be my wife" the crowd went 'aww' "I can't promise that everything's going to be perfect because you know me, I'm an idiot" she joked "But this I promise you, I will be there for you always with an oreo ice cream in hand whenever your feel sad. I will be your best friend you can vent on when you're angry, I will be your chef that can cook you whatever you're craving, I will be your adviser when you need help on choosing what type of dress you want to wear"

She received a small slap in the arm. They both smiled

"But most importantly, I will be your wife. Your wife that will never leave you, will never intentionally hurt you, and will never stop loving you. I love you Olivia Anderson. Always" tears continued to flow from her eyes and Olivia wiped them away. The crowd's also in tears now.

It's now Olivia's turn

"Beat that" Julian teased

Olivia rolled her eyes "Julian Leigh Williams, my best friend, my partner in crime, my love. For the longest time I searched for someone to love me unconditionally, but I never knew I already have it in front of me"

She looked into Julian's chocolate eyes

"When I heard you broke off the engagement, that was the time I realised I needed you in my life and I would do anything and search the ends of the world for you. Yes, I agree, you can be so childish, but I too have my imperfections. But I want you to know that I love you no matter what. I promise to lengthen my patience for you. I promise to always be there for you no matter what. And I vow to love you until the end of our days and to the next. I love you. Always."

They're both tearing up now "I love you"

Then they exchanged rings "You may now kiss the bride" said the priest. Julian raised Olivia's veil and felt that pang of emotion again. She smiled and tried to hold back the tears. She cupped Olivia's cheeks leaned in. The crowd cheered.

She felt a soft tingling sensation travel from her lips to her entire nervous system. She broke off the kiss and rested her forehead on the other girl with a smile. Their hearts are still thumping "I love you" she whispered

"I love you too" Olivia replied

"Always?"

"Always"

They turned to the crowd who's now cheering, clapping, taking pictures, videos, etc and waved.
