Pop style a term that's been used to describe "showing off " or "ballin". The shit i've been through and still being able to look good, baby I believe that term was created for me.
"Okay pretty girl we need help here." I didn't realize I was staring in the mirror day dreaming.
"Sorry T." Tiana , my mom , Heather, Steve, Trell and Ashley was all here helping me unpack. When I flew down for school I flew a month early just to make sure everything was here and to get away from all the sadness back home.
"Ari you brought mad shit." I rolled my eyes listening to negative Nancy aka Ashley.
"Why is your roommate not here unpacking?" Trell asked carrying a box full of hair supply.
"School doesn't start till next week , she's probably last minute." I shrugged. I hope she never comes to be honest. I'm not ready to meet someone new. I applied to LSU late since I was preparing to go to NYU so Normani and I couldn't be roomies. Instead she's stuck with Jadah.
"Well you can't sleep here until she gets here." My mother demanded as she put my pictures up on the wall. I started to help Heather with fixing my bed up.
"Please keep your bed made Lazy Girl." I rolled my eyes and chuckled. I was so happy to have all them here with me. Steve was tryna build my desk, my mother hanging up pictures, Trell putting all my groceries away, Tiana & Ashley hanging up my clothes .
"I'm so blessed." Thinking out loud. Everybody smiled at me and went back to unpacking. ______________

"Oh my God your room is so extra I am in love." Normani and Jadah was in my room for catch up time.
"Thanks it took forever." I looked around laughing.
"When is your roommate arriving? I believe they said to come in a week early to unpack."
"I have no idea but i'm loving being here alone."
"Are you sleeping here tonight?" I shook my head. "Good that's scary." I laughed.
"My family got us a condo out here, they're not leaving till missy appears." I pointed to the other side of the room.
"That's great you get to be around your man for awhile." I smiled and nodded.
"He's coming back over later then we'll head out by my family."
"Or you guys can sleep here together." Jadah wiggles her eyes.
"Girl Steve and I would not be able to fit in my small ass bed if we tried." We all bust out laughing. "I might sound like a baby but I really want to be with my whole family as long as possible." I don't want to not see my mom or Heath for a while.
"Yeah we kn-." Normani was stopped by a knock on the door.
"Its probably Steve." I shrugged and got up. "Who is it?"
