Chapter One ~ More grumpy than Grumpy cat

" Yo Riley! Riles! Wake up!". I groaned and turned over covering my ears with the pillows. Thankfully it was quiet but only for a while but then my covers were ripped off and a jug of ice cold water was dumped on my head. "Arghh! Fudge bitch!" I yelled getting up faster than you could blink. "G'morning to u too sis" my annoying twin brother said "Hurry up! You got twenty minutes before I leave for school." " Ugh Mason! Has anyone ever told u how annoying you are?" I asked. " Yeah you did. Now hurry before I leave your ass home to catch a bus." he said going out of the room. "Damn idiotic twin!" I muttered. I'm Riley Peters and I'm 17. Mason is my twin brother who is older by two minutes! I can't believe it. Why couldn't I be the one to be born first. I hurried up and took my bath etc. and pulled on a skinny jeans with my blue and purple tank top. I grabbed my phone and bag and ran downstairs told my parents hi and ran out the car to meet Mason blowing his horn of his 2014 Subaru loudly. I got into the car and smacked him on the head. "Stop blowing the horn you moronic idiotic asshole!" "Well if you woke up earlier I wouldn't have been hurrying you and blowing the horn!" "Whatever. Drive to Subway on the way and buy me a veggie despite foot long. I'm hungry." Mason raised his eyebrows at me and I just shrugged and said "Well, step on it."

"Hey guys!" I said to my friends sitting down at the table at lunch. "Hey Riley" they replied. 'They' are Rose Dashner, Evangeline and Crystalia Hart (fraternal twins) my best friends in the whole world. "So...wassup" I asked. " Nothing. Just these two arguing about the walking dead" Rose said gesturing to Eva and Alia. "Really guys?" I asked. "Yeah so?" they both said at once. "Nothing, nothing at all" I said raising my hands in defeat. Rose was tanned like all of us except for Eva. She had golden - Brown natural hair that was long till the middle of her back. She had cute chocolate brown eyes and was hot and pretty and she knew it.  was fair skinned and has blue eyes with shocking red hair cut short to her shoulders. She was the shortest of us all. She was 5'2 and Alia was 5'4. Alia had strawberry blonde hair with blue eyes. They both are very pretty. I'm 5'5 while Rose was 5'7. I have Brown hair with red streaks. I am pretty but I don't brag about it like our queen B/ head cheerleader wait for it....Regina George does. Yes that's her name. Anyways back to the present. My boyfriend Drake Woods sits down next to me and gives me a kiss. "Hey babe! Wassup?" he asks. "Oh nothing. Sailing on a unicorn in space. What else does it look like I'm doing?" I snapped sarcastically. "Sheesh what crawled up your ass?" he asked. "Mason dumped a jug of ice cold water on my head to wake me up this morning." I said. He laughed. "Oh so that's why you are more grumpy than Grumpy cat." he said. My friends laughed and I scowled. "Anyways could u come with me to Jack's party?" he asked. "Nah I'm not in the mood." "But babe..." "No Drake. You know how I am when I'm cranky." "Fine" he said pouting like a two year old who was denied of candy. "But I'll think about it,'kay?" "Yay"he said kissing me and walking towards the popular table. Drake was my boyfriend and the school's bad boy. And Jack and Austin were his two best friends. I looked at Rose helplessly and she sighed and said "Fine I'll come with ya incase it gets boring" "Yay! Thanks Rose" I said. "Whatevs" she said and I went back to eating my delicious cheese pizza.
