"I need you at the studio as soon as possible. I have news" my manager Debra said. "I'm on my way" I said and hung up. What could possibly be so important? I pulled out and onto the road and headed to the studio.

"Debra is waiting for you" the person said at the front door. She pointed to the meeting room and I started walking to the door. I heard voices on the other side. I knocked and heard a 'come in'. I opened the door and was met with Debra, Simon Cowell and Nicholas himself. Nick looked pissed.

"Why is he here?" I asked pointing to the boy that happened to be in my brothers band. "Jessica have a seat please" Debra said pointing to the chair beside Nicks. I moved it further away from Nick and sat down. Debra cleared her throat and I looked up at her. She had a serious look on her face.

"Jessica, I've been talking to Simon here and we've both came to a decision" she paused and looked between me and Nick. "You and Nick are going to be fake dating for a while-"

"What? Why?" I cut her off. "It's for the fandom Jessica" she told me. "W-why me?" I stuttered. I hated nick with a passion and I'm pretty sure he hated my guts as well.

"You're the closet girl to the boys and you're Brandon's little sister. Simon came up with the idea and I highly agree with him" I looked up at Simon. He looked at me and I looked back at Debra.

"Tomorrow I'm taking y'all to the mall and y'all can act as a couple like holding hands, kissing, laughing at each other jokes and other couple stuff" she said. I sighed and sat back in my seat.

"Do I have a choice?" I asked. Debra shook her head no. "Thought so" I mumbled. Nick sighed from beside me and Debra told us we could go.

"Ni-"

"This doesn't change anything. I will make your life hell" he spat and walked out of the front glass doors.

"Mean" I mumbled and dialed Brandon's number.

"You're never going to believe this"

"What?" He asked. I heard the boys in the background. "Freaking management is making me fake date Nick" I said.

"Why?" He asked confused. "For the fandom the fans are supposedly making fun of him because he hasn't had a girlfriend in over two years" I said. "It's so stupid" I said as I got in my car.

"Anddd I have to go to the mall with him tomorrow to pretend we are a couple in front of people" I said and started my car.

"Wow wanna come over?" He said. I nodded but realized he couldn't see me, "sure" I said and we said our goodbyes and hung up. Fml

"it's actually really stupid" I said as I stuffed my face with ice cream. "I mean why does it have to be me?" I asked.

"Probably because you're a smart and beautiful girl and the fans would be jealous of you" Zion said. Brandon looked over at him and raised his eyebrows. Don't worry Zion is like a second brother to me.

"Have y'all seen my c-" Nick barged into the room and paused when he seen me. "What's that doing here?" He asked pointing at me. I rolled my eyes "um, maybe because my twin lives here" I said in the same voice he used. "Whatever, Austin where's my charger?" Nick said. "I laid it on your dresser" Austin said and looked back down at his phone.

"I'm gonna go I'm supposed to meet Lele at the smoothie house" I said and stood up. "Y'all can come if y'all want" I said and walked to the door. "Okay, we'll meet y'all there" Brandon said and I walked out and to my car.
