Rianne's POV
I owe him a huge favor.He just saved my life.Even though he doesnt fully know me yet.I was now sitting on my seat with Vanessa giving me 'the eyebrow'.
"What was that all about?",she muttered as the next pair recited and we didnt even bother listening.
"Nothing",I defended and decided to listen to the pair when I caught a glimpse of Becca glaring at me,"Um....Nessa",I whispered.
"Yes"
"Do you have any idea why Becca just glared at me just a second ago?"
"She did?",Nessa asked as I slightly nodded,"Well she's probably jealous considering your partnered up with her boyfriend",she answered.
I was suprised,Becca was Jason's girlfriend.Thinking about them together almost made me choke.I cant possibly believe his girlfriend would be a different kind of person from who he is.I wasnt jealous and all but it was kinda weird....Fine I was tincy bit jealous for no appropriate reason.
"The reason he courted her was because of his family,you know how rich kids are with money",she finished.
I was silent for the entire class.Not even minding how Becca must have talked like when she bragged and made my good friend uncomfortable when Becca took out the note and not minding about Vannessa.Spoiled Girl.
...........Time Skip........
I was patiently waiting up as I lined up at the cafeteria to get my food.I picked a vegetarian meal with a chocolate smoothie,yeah not a good pair of food.I was about to go to an empty table when Jason came.
"Um....I just wanted to say that-",I was about to thank him again when he cuts me off.
"Your blocking my way",he coldly sneered.I suddenly did what he told me and backed off as he went to the line.The girls behind me began to snicker which made me quite confused.
What has gotten into him?He wasnt that nice and gentlemanish guy who understood and saved me at Music class,he became cold hearted and cruel.I sat on the table and hadnt began to eat as I continued to think about Jason's sudden change.
.....Another Time Skip.....
After classes,I went to the library to borrow a book for History class.I found the book but it was unexpectedly at the top most shelf.Being the proud 5'4 girl I tried to reach it but accidently knocked it off and it all fell to the ground as one book fell to someone I didnt expect to see....It fell at Jason's head.
"What was that?!",the librarian yelled.
"I'm sorry ma'am....I'm sorry Jason",I apologized and tucked my hair behind my ear.
"Clumsy",he sassed and gets the book from the top shelf which I clearly needed and was the only one left.
"Hey!I needed that!",I said and tried to snatch it away from him,"Just because your 6 feet tall that does not mean you can get anything you want!"
"It also doesnt mean that a nerd always gets the book she wants to have!",he snapped which made me furious.
"Idiot!"
"Excuse me what did you just call me,Nerd",he fought back emphasizing the word Nerd.
"I'm not a nerd!I dont even wear glasses!"
"Wearing glasses doesnt even count!",he yelled.
"Quiet!",someone boomed.
"What!",Both of us shouted and we were both stupid for doing that when we turned to see the librarian her face boiling up with anger.
"Detention now!!"
Were busted....
......Time Skip(Sorry for that)......
We were now throwing the garbages after cleaning the entire laboratory room.I love detention it made me happy to get my clothes stained(sarcasm).
We carefully arranged the trashcans back to its place,without cutting each others throat I mean the principal was watching us it was better to keep quiet and just glare at each other.
I grabbed my bag,went to the school gate and looked at my wrist watch....Shot!It's seven'o clock my brother would probably scold me again when I get back home.
"Worried about going home?",Jason said with a smirk.
"No....I'm not worried that once I'm going back home my evil brother will be waiting at the gate with a hacksaw with him",I sarcastically said.
"Are you serious?"
''Not really....Ugh!Of course I am I'm busted for sure and it's all because of you!",and here starts another endless fight.
"Your blaming me on this I was just trying to borrow a book I needed!",he defended.
"Which was the book I have set my eyes on first!",I roared.Just in time when the thunder boomed.
"It's about to rain....",he warned.
"And what's your point?",I asked unsure.
"There arent any buses now.....So you'll have to come with me....",he ordered and grabbed my hand and directly pulled me to his car.And abruptly pushed me to sit before I could protest and locked the car door.
I crossed my arms as he drove off.I mean he didnt even asked for my permission and intended me to ride with him even though we werent in good terms.
"You should be thankful I gave you a ride home"
"I didnt ask you to give me a ride and it wasnt really nice of you to drag me all the way to your car",I complained quite upset.
"I'm sorry I just thought you needed a ride back home....sorry about the cafeteria I wasnt really in the mood",he apologized and softened.
"It's fine people make mistakes"
After a few minutes,we finally arrived at home.The gates were closed which means I have to climb all the way up there, afterall my mom and brother might still be sleeping since the lights are out.I threw my bag to the other side,My family must be really thoughtful to lock the gate when I'm still not at home(being sarcastic).I hopped and placed my foot on a metal bar.But because of these good-for-nothing genes I wish I was as agressive as my brother was.I couldnt climb any higher.
"You know for a nerd girl like you I had no idea you could be so athletic,are you always like this?",Jason said amused like he was just watching a movie.
"Hey idiot!Would you mind helping me!I think I cant climb any higher",I requested.
He chuckles and lifts me up as held my waist,I was halfway there.
"A little more!",he lifts me even higher.
"Ahem!",I heard a voice from the person I hated to see from this moment right now.The person who is about to explode like a volcano.The person that hated to see me hanging out with guys from which Is right here with me at this very moment.I looked at him and noticed his knuckles shaking in anger.
"Rianne Jones what the hell are you doing?!",Kyle yelled.
Criminey....I am so dead....
