"He broke up with me." I sob, clenching my jaw tighter and tighter.
"I lost everyone. I lost my parents, my aunt, my boyfriend, my best friend. You." I add. My tears are now streaming down my face fast, recalling all those moments where I had to fac...

"Wake up, sleepy head!" I feel pressure on my body and I open my eyes slightly, but quickly close it once the sunlight hits me.
"Get off of me, Asher." I mutter under my breath since Asher was crushing my lungs. Asher gets off me by rolling off the bed and laying next to me. "First day of school today Leo. Do you want to be late?" He asks.
Rolling my eyes, I get off the bed tiredly. "Hey, don't roll your eyes at your cousin. Dad's away and who did he say was in charge of the house? Me." Ash points his thumb at himself. I scoff at his goofiness and rush him out of my room to change into black over overalls and a yellow shirt.
Today is the first day of school and I'm more than excited. We had a holiday for around two months but i stayed in Canada the whole holiday since my uncle went on a business trip.
My family is one of the wealthiest families in my school and neighbourhood, but that doesn't make it a good thing.
My uncle is barely home because of all his business trips, so I'm stuck in this house with three teenage boys.
I quickly grab a pack of pop tarts from the kitchen counter and leave the house before locking the door. When I turn around to walk to school, I see Cameron just a few steps away from my house. He was walking in such a fast pace and was wearing headphones.
"Cameron!" I exclaim, jogging to keep up with him.
"How was London? Did you have a fun time?" I ask as I walk with him.
But not a word comes from his mouth and it seemed like he didn't even acknowledge my presence. "Cameron?" I ask one more time.
And to no avail, he doesn't answer. I giggle a little, punching him lightly on his arm. "Cameron, you're so silly. What's with the long face?" I ask amusingly.
It was quite amusing how Cameron had a straight face with no emotion. He would usually smile or grin whenever he'd talk, but this time he didn't even open his mouth. "Cameron, what's wrong?" I ask, but all Cameron does is walk away in a faster speed than before, leaving me.
What is up with Cameron?
I was beyond confused as to why Cameron ignored me this morning, and it's kind of scary. Who knows what will happen to us? Maybe we won't ever be friends again. Or maybe we will make up after a while and this was just temporary.
"Sadie!" Someone familiar calls me from behind. I turn around to see Grant there, jogging to me to catch up.
"Ayee, Grant!" I say as I hug him.
Meet Grant. He is 6'2 and gives very warm hugs. I've known Grant for around eleven years now. Grant has always been there for me through all my hard times, just like Cameron has. Except I've known Cameron longer.
Grant, Cameron and I were the ultimate trio. I mean, at least that's what people call us at our school. We are somewhat popular in our school, and that's because people refer to us as the trio from Harry Potter.
"Where's Cam?" Grant asks.
I shrug, "I don't know what happened, but Cam didn't seem like... Cam this morning." I explain.
Grant raises his eyebrows, as if he was telepathically asking me to continue. We start walking to school while I explain the unfortunate events of what happened the morning.
