Remember when Nishimiya said "Tsuki" to Ishida, and then Ishida replied that the moon is beautiful?
It was said that Natsume Soseki, a famous novelist in Japan, once taught his student that the English translation for 'I love you' is 'The moon is beautiful'. If this is the case, we can assume that Ishida said 'I love you too' to Nishimiya.
