Logan x reader ~ too much

'Whether I'm there or not, your innocence will be proven. I really need to discuss something with her.'

'But you just.. You just saved me.' Katie said.

'Yes. I can't watch an innocent person die.' He said.

'What do you need to talk about?' Shun asked.

'I think I need to clear some things up. About me, about her, about Kate.'

'What's there to clear up?' Katie asked. 'After everything that happened between you and me.'

Logan looked at Katie.

'I'm sorry Katie.. but I think you're missjudging the entire situation.'

Katie looked at Logan.

'Ouch.' Baum said. 'Must feel good to have a choice between girls.' He then grinned.

'You're wasting time.' Logan said. 'I'll see you later.'

'You're a real asshole.' Katie yelled after him.

'This asshole did save your life.' He yelled back.

You were in your cabin. It was just too much for you. The alien, the death.. the jealousy. You had never shown weakness in all the time you spend here. For the first time you were actually crying.

Logan was actually in a lot of physical pain too. Because of all the running his wounds were hurting him terribly.. but he wanted to talk to you.

You heard the door of your cabin open. You wiped your tears away. You knew it would show so you faced the door with your back.

'Y/N.'

You recognised Logan's voice right away.

'Aren't you supposed to be with Katie right now?' You asked.

Logan could hear that you have been crying.

'Are you okay?' He asked.

'I'm fine.' You said. 'Answer my question.'

'I'm not. If I was it wouldn't make a difference. She's innocent.'

You didn't say anything.

'Y/N, I think we need to talk about some things.'

'What's there to talk about?' You asked.

Right when Logan wanted to answer the alarm sounded. The ship started shaking again. Logan gasped in pain as he fell against the wall.

You didn't want to get up and help him but you couldn't help it. You hurried over to him and helped him up. Logan saw your red eyes. You helped him over to the bed you were just sitting on and made sure he was sitting down.

You his shirt up to see if no blood was coming through his bandages.

'You're lucky.' You said before lowering his shirt again.

You got up and sat down on the chair that was infront of the desk in your cabin.

'I know I risked my life saving Katie. With these wounds and Baum having a gun.. I know. I really do. But there has been too much death, too much blaming. I truly knew that it wasn't her.'

'Plus you two are dating so that made everything very easy.' You said.

'We're not.' Logan said.

'You kissed her like a million times.'

Logan finally understood what was happening. You were jealous. For some reason that made him smile.

'I thought I like her but.. For some reason my feelings disappeared after awhile.'

You looked at him for a moment.

'I'm not in loce with her. I truly thought that she was innocent.'

'But why keep up the facade when you don't like her?' You asked.

'I don't know. I guess I didn't have the gut to tell her. Seeing what she's done for me.'

Logan saw your expression soften a little.

'But Y/N.. I can see that you're not okay. What's up?' He asked.

'It's nothing.' You said.

Logan moved over a little to show you that you could sit down besides him. You got up and did what he wanted.

'It's not nothing. You don't cry. I've only seen you cry once. That was when I almost died.'

'Even for me it's all a little too much sometimes.' You said while looking down at your legs.

'What gets too much?'

'Everything. The alien, the people dying.. You getting injured. I'm constantly worried that with every step you take you might die.'

Logan knew that there was more going on.

'That's not all, is it?' He asked.

You looked at him.

'You're jealous of Katie, aren't you?' He asked.

Your cheeks shot red right away.

'I-I most certainly am not jealous of her.'

Logan laughed.

'It's cute.' He smiled.

You looked at him and smiled a little.

'Y/N.. I really don't like her.. and you're right. I didn't even know her half as good as I know you.. I think you're the reason why I don't like her anymore. I think I'm in love with you.'

You couldn't quite believe that he was saying this.

'So no more jealousy, okay?' He asked.

He was that you were speechless. He smiled and kissed you. You kissed him back right away.
