Logan x reader ~ too much

'Logan.. they'll kill you. Get out of the way.' You said.

'No!'

'She's fucking with your head Logan!'

Logan looked at you. For some reason he didn't seem to find hatred in your eye like the guys had. He saw something else. You didn't necessarily wanted Katie to die. You wanted Logan to be safe.

'No she's not! No she's not, okay?' He hissed. 'It's not her!' He said. 'I know it's not her.'

The alarm sounded again and the ship started rambling. You fell against the railing. Baum and Shun wanted to walk towards her.

'Please, please, please!' Logan almost yelled.

'We don't have time for this.' Baum sighed.

'Iisten to me.. just listen to me..'

Katie stepped past Logan and raised her hands. Logan tried to stop her.

'What are you doing?' He asked.

'It's okay..' She said.

'I know you think I smashed the chip because in infected.. but it's because I couldn't bear the thought of you all knowing who I used to be.'

You looked at her and watched Logan look at her. You were always incredibly jealous. Especially now.

'I came her for a blank slate.. and I wasn't ready to lose it.' She said. 'Something just came over me.'

'Convenient.' Baum said.

'You can believe me or not, but I swear killing me won't kill the alien. I'm telling the truth.'

'Can't you see she's not lying!' Logan yelled.

'Logan!' Baum hissed. 'Come on we should just.. just do it.'

'Please listen to her, okay? She's telling the truth.'

Shun lowered his gun.

'What are you doing?' Baum asked.

'I could've kill you. I shot the wrong person once.. I can't make the same mistake.'

You heard Abigail over the radio telling shun to bring her back alive. Baum lowered his gun. You looked at Logan. Katie walked with Shun and Baum. Logan walked towards you.

'Y/N-'

'You know what Logan.. I didn't want Katie to die. Yes, I believe that she was infected.. I joined because you could possibly be putting yourself in danger. You don't even know her that well Logan.' You said.

He saw hurt in your eyes but he wasn't sure why.

'So go. Go with your maybe infected girlfriend and watch the stupid test. Go save her life.. but she'll never know you as well and she'll never care as much as I do.'

'Y/N..'

'No.' You sniffed while walking away from him.

Logan watched you leave and walked outside. Katie, Shun and Baum were still there.

'There you are.' Katie smiled.

'What's up with Y/N?' Shun asked.

'I think I have to talk to her for a moment.' Logan said.

'Aren't you going to be there with me?' Katie asked.

Logan looked at her. The truth was that Logan did believe that Katie was innocent and that he didn't want an innocent person to die.. but the feelings he used to have for her were gone.
