For others it's so easy,
making decisions, choosing paths,
but a wise friend once told me,
"If it's easy there is always a hitch."
Maybe they are just hiding behind a mask.
Maybe they pretend to look strong,
pretend to be strong,
pretend that things are easy.
Maybe it's all a show.
They don't want to let the enemy see that they can be weak,
they don't want to show them that they can in fact, get hurt.
The enemy, is life.
