Chapter Thirty-Eight.

  I had a boner.

  "Sorry," I said as I put the blanket over my sweats.

  "No babe it's fine, just a bit funny, that's all," Aly giggled.

  I leaned over to Aly and gave her a kiss on her cheek and whispered in her ear, "I was thinking about you."

  This caused her to blush like crazy. Her whole face turned pink.

  I got out of bed and went to go get Fletcher. He was awake, as I suspected, and trying to climb out of his crib.

  "Fletcher? You know you're not suppose to climb out your crib."

  "Dada! Up!"

  I picked Fletcher up and out of his crib. We walked back to our room. Aly was still on the bed feeding Maisie who was getting chubbier everyday.

  "I'm going to go take a shower," I said as I put Fletcher on the bed.

  "Alright babe, I would join you, but the kids," Aly said.

  "You sure?" I winked.

  "Well I want to, but."

  "Alright! Fletch, let's go play in your crib!" I announced.

  "Ok Dada!" Fletcher said as I carried him back through to the nursery and then came back for Maisie who was asleep. I put her in her crib. As I went back into our room, Aly had slipped on one of my shirts. We went to the bathroom. I gave Aly a kiss and started the shower. Aly removed her makeup as it warmed up and I took off my sweats and got in the shower with Aly.

  "I love you babe," Aly whispered as we stood under the water.

  "I love you too," I said as I kissed her.

  We washed our hair and each other but most of the time we stood there with the water falling over us.

  "Do you really want a big family?" Aly asked nervously.

  "Well, I mean yeah, but if you'd prefer not to..." I said.

  "I don't know, I guess more kids would be alright, but what about money and space in the flat and..." Aly asked.

  "We're fine with money, we have enough money saved that we can move easy, money is not an issue," I assured.

  "Alright babe."

  "But another question is do you want to carry another baby for nine months and raise another child?" I asked.

  "That's fine, I don't mind that, it's just, I don't know."

  We got out of the shower and dried off, walking to our room.

  "Well, I mean we could wait a little while?" Aly almost asked.

  "Of course babe!" I said.

  "Ok," Aly giggled.

  We slowly got dressed, Aly was teasing me as usual.

  "Aly!" I laighed as she purposely walked over to me in just a shirt and bent over infront of me.

  "What?" Aly said innocently.

  I playfully smacked her butt as she walked to finish getting dressed. Aly just turned around and winked at me.

  We finished getting dressed and I went to go get Fletcher.

  "Dada! Up!" Fletcher said.

  "Shh, Maisie's asleep," I said as I picked him up.

  "May-e," Fletcher whispered.
