Nami's Pov:
"WE'RE HERE, WE'RE HERE, WE'RE HERE!!" Luffy was jumping up and down, pointing towards the island's dock.
I sighed, I don't think he'll ever calm down whenever there's an island in sight.
"Yes we know Luffy! Calm down, we're getting down now." Luffy smiled back at me, and I smirked.
"You know," I began to say, "You're going to help me earn back all the beli's we lost."
Luffy stopped jumping, and slumped. He sighed and looked away, I smiled.
Once we had the anchor down in place, we came down, and went exploring. We were assigned in groups;
Group 1: Robin, Sanji and Chopper
Group 2: Brook, Zoro and Franky
Group: Me and Luffy
Luffy and I were the only 2 pair group, since he was going to help me get a job or something to earn back our lost money.
"Mmm, Namiiii! Do we have to work?" Luffy pouted, I sighed. I could tell he wanted to go explore like everyone else.
"You could go exploring once you help me find a job." I told him, I looked away, he didn't say anything for a while. But sometime later he looked back at me smiling.
"Ok." Was his only response.

Luffy and I wandered around a town, passing by stands that would sell lots of stuff from food to weapons. But there was one thing that caught my eye, which to my surprise, was I large stuffed mikan.
I blinked twice, I couldn't get my gaze off of the toy. I shook my head, and smiled at myself. It was just a toy, nothing to get worked up about.
Luffy followed my gaze, and looked at the toy mikan. I started to sweat a bit, I hoped he didn't think I wanted the stuffed mikan.
As I let my guard down, he left from where I last saw him, walking towards the stand. I yelped, noticing that he left and ran towards him. Luffy was examining the stuffed mikan, with a smirk.
"L-luffy!" I yelled at him, trying to get his attention. Before I could say anything else, a middle aged man walked towards us.
"Hi there! You seem interested in this prize." Prize? I thought. I took a better look at the stand, it looked like a carnival game stand. I sweat dropped, what would a carnival stand be doing in the middle of town?!
"Prize?" Luffy asked, looking somewhat confused.
"Yes! What you have to do is take that hammer over there, and hit the strength meter here with all you've got." I was getting a bit nervous.
"Simple enough." Luffy replied, I yelped.
"Oi, Luffy! We should get going-"
"No worries, this wont take long." Luffy grinned. I sighed, I just stood back a bit, and looked away.
I noticed a small group formed around us, I covered my face with my hands. Just great! Luffy was causing attention, as always. But I sneaked a peek at Luffy, he took the large hammer. His eyes were covered from his straw hat.
I heard some people whisper, saying;
"He's... Slim."
"He wont be able to reach the top."
"I wonder how this will turn out."
I sighed, his thin frame didn't worry me at all, it's the meter that worried me.
Luffy lifted the hammer above his head, he gripped the hammer, his arms tensed. He pulled the hammer down, smashing it onto the meter. The meter reached to the top, sending the bell flying up 15 feet in the air.
The small crowd sweat dropped, while the game stand guy looked completely shocked. I rubbed my forehead, somehow seeing this would happen.
Luffy grinned, he walked up to the guy.
"So, can I take the prize now?" The guy looked surprised, but nodded. Luffy took the mikan hanging on the wall, he walked back to were I was standing. A vein popped in my head.
"Luffy..." He just had to do that, didn't he! He smiled, giving me the mikan.
"Shishishi!" He laughed, I sighed and smiled.
He started to walk ahead, and I followed him. I hadn't realized how much I loved the stuffed toy, so soft.
Walking in silence for a while, we walked passed a board, with flyers pasted on it. I stopped, and walked back to the board.
"LUFFY!" I called out. He paused, turned around and walked up to me.
"What is it?" He asked. I pointed to board, his eyes following to where my finger was pointing.
"Oh, jobs!" Luffy said, sounding excited. I nodded, I searched the flyers. I looked at a flyer that payed 50,000 beli's for each... actor, except the two leading actors. It was a play flyer.
"This one! Perfect!" I yelled, I grabbed it from the board, showing it to Luffy.
"It's a fairy tale play..." Luffy stated while looking at the paper closely, I nodded.
"I'm going to be the princess, since the princess and the farm boy pay the highest." I told him, he grinned.
"That's great! Who are you going to get to be the farm boy?" I looked at him, with a smug look. He looked confused.
"Nami, your eyes..." Luffy started to say.
"... YOU!" I said, Luffy looked a bit surprised. I pulled his arm, but he didn't move from his spot, letting me stretch his arm.
"But...!" Luffy started to say, but I cut him off.
"You're going to be the farmer boy, ONE way or another!" Luffy sighed and gave in.
"Hmph." Was his only reply, I smiled to myself. This seemed like an easy job for a high pay!
