This is another new story........They just keep coming out of nowhere, like my mind is everywhere lately. But I hope you enjoy this little short inside Isla's(Eye-la) mind.
"I am a shadow. I live in them, grew up in them, and I can control them. 'How do you control a shadow?' A reasonable person would ask. Well, I move them, travel through them and most of all, camouflage in them. I have the power to take another person's shadow. A shadow, is just basically the soul showing itself, making it known to non-humans. If you don't have a shadow, you don't have a soul. Most beings that don't have a shadow are demons. And it is my job as The Skiá to eliminate any possible demons that cross my path, even if they harmless. It's my job, my fate, my place in this world. But as I do that, I must go undercover as a teenage girl in the human world, to protect our future and universe from world domination. The demon lords are planning something and it's now my responsibility to find out and destroy whatever they plan. I must finish this mission, even if that means befriending one of them."
