Kris imagine (part 2)
You sat there, crying your heart out. What do you do now? The giant you love so much chose to leave you. You stared at your bleeding knees, not knowing what to do. You saw someone walking towards you but u didnt bother as you didnt want anyone to see you in you current state. After all, you were debuting soon. That person who was suppose to just pass by, stopped in front of you. You still didnt look up.
"Hyung said this is for you..." a familiar voice said. You looked up and realized it was Tao, he was holding a box. Seeing your bruised knees, he scooped you up bridal style and went back to your dorm. He placed you on your bed before taking out the first-aid kit and helped you clean your wound. It hurts... but your heart hurts way more. It caused you to feel numb all over. You stared into space as Tao squatted and clean your wound. He stood up once he was done, catching your attention. "Hyung said this is for you..." he said, handing out a box he has been holding. You hesitated. Not knowing whether you should accept it or not. What else is there that you not know? You took it in the end. "Ill get going then. Please dont harm yourself." Tao turned and left before closing the door behind him.
You stared down the box on your lap. Closing your eyes, you opened the box. You took multiple deep breaths before deciding to slowly open your eyes to take a look. It was letter... and an envelope... you opened up the letter first.
"Hey...
Im not sure if you heard but yeah... im leaving SM... I made my decision two months ago... i wanted to see if i would bear to leave you. I wanted to make you lose feelings for me. So it would be easier for both you and i... but it seems like it was fated for us. I still love you alot. And for the past 2 months, it seems like you felt the same towards me too... but... i cant stay... a few months back, i went to a hospital and check up and they said that i might have myocarditis... its a heart disease... these are the proof... i spent some time thinking over it and decided that leaving SM would be best. But i will never leave you... ill come back for you...

Upon reading finish the letter and seeing the photos of the x-rays that was in the envelope, you picked up your phone and tried calling Kris. Seeing that he isnt picking up, you texted him many times asking where he is. Recalling that he said he will be going to China, you immediately rushed to EXO's practice room, wanting to ask Tao which airport he is at. You opened the door without knocking. "Tao." U called out. Tao went out instantly, wanting to avoid trouble. "Which airport is he at?" You asked, obviously refering to Kris. "Aish. Hyung is right. He knew you would do this." Tao said. "hurry! I want to see him before he flies off!" You said, getting more desperate. "I dont know where he is. Theres no point in doing so now... i mean he has already seen you and he still choose to leave." Tao responded. You wanted to turn around but Tao held your elbow, stopping you. "You have to concentrate on your debut. It would mean alot to him." Tao tried persuading you. You shook off his hands. "Why? Kris is more important than my debut." You said before walking off, Tao giving up on stopping you. You didnt know...
<Tao's POV>
"Pass this to her." Kris said as he passed a box to you. "What is it, hyung?" You asked, shaking the box to hear its content. What could possibly be in there? "Just do as i say. And since you know whats going on, please stop her from going to the airport with me. Im afraid my heart wouldnt be able to take it and ill have to stay in Seoul." Kris said as he packed his last stack of clothes. "Do you really have to leave?" You asked this question again. He didnt say anything and zipped his bag. "Remember what ive said." Kris reminded before placing the strap of his bag over his shoulder. He was about to turn and leave with his belongings when you backhugged him. "Hyung... ill miss you." You muttered. "If your promotions are in China i might get a chance to see you, so dont worry. Whereas she has no chance at all..." Kris trailed off. You retrieved your hands. "Be safe, hyung." You finally was able to say that sentence. You really didnt want Kris to leave. But you have to respect his decisions. After all, you had promised him you would respect his decision if he tell you what was going on. At least, you had an idea of what is happening.

<Kris' POV>
I was waiting for her at our usual place. She ran to me. I thought she was going to hit me. But instead of doing so, she yelled at me and cried. I never wanted to see my star cry but i have to leave or i would cause more pain to everyone, including her. The physical pain in my heart could be felt while i was talking to her. So i decided it was time that i leave before i had a relapse. She backhugged me, trying to stop me. But this only hurt me more... i could feel the tears prick my eyes as i plucked her hands off while saying sorry. As soon as i got on the cab with my China friend, the physical pain in my heart was slowly gone. I got on the plane and finally left Seoul. Im staying in China.
Maybe for a few months.
Or maybe forever.

<Author's POV>
Another year has passed. You were considerably successful with your debut in your group. You still couldnt get over Kris. You still love him even though you had no contact with him for a year. You were at the waiting room of a China music programme, it was your anniversary of the relationship between Kris and you in the past. You turn on your phone and looked at the picture of Kris and you. You touched his face through the screen and let out a sigh. "I miss you... where are you right now? Have you been doing well?" These thoughts flew into your mind. You werent angry at him for not telling you his sickness now. All you wanted now was his presence. His scent. Him.
"_____!" A staff called you as it was your turn to perform with your group members. You were the only one that was still at the waiting room. You took another look at the picture before leaving.
"How is my star doing?" A familiar voice from the back said once you got out of the door. You froze. It couldnt be....? Right? You slowly turn around to face...
Kris.
He was smiling widely at you. He didnt change at all. He walked towards you and handed you a bonquet of flowers. You looked at the flowers before looking at him, not knowing what to say or how to react. "Isnt it our anniversary?" He smirked his galaxy smile.
