We walked in after Damon, Lily was still out in my arms.

There was a short little stout man sitting at a desk full of papers and bottles of some liquor.

His little whispy beard stuck on end and he peered over at us.

" I don't keep any Ketterris here! No hexen, no zemeral! And i dont do love spells!" He squeaked.

I had know idea what he was on about but Damon did.

"We've brought a woman who needs help, and um...this girl aswell." Elena said shortly, looking appald and worried.

There was something serene about her, she was producing such an powerful aroura.

"She's pregnant, too.You're a doctor, arent you? a Healer?"

The short man looked at Lily and shook his head.

"What?" I groweld.

"She is not pregnant."

"Oh, not her, Lady Ulma." Elena corrected.

He gasped as he turned and saw the state she was in.

"I cannot/..>" He was cut off by Damon saying; "We bought her."

He nodded and waddled over to us.

"Well, a healer of some limited ability, Come in, come in."

He waddled back into another room and motioned for us to follow.

Damon layed Ulma down on a pristine white clean bed next to a metal trolly full of scary looking instruments.

Then he ordered Lakshmi to get clothes and water.

The herbs from the ceiling were stinging my eyes. So i asked him; "What about Lily?"

Elena turned to face me holding Lily and stared down at her.

"Lily..." She breathed.

"Uh, yes taked her out, Laksmi? Go help her."

"Please hurry," Elena said. "She's lost alot of blood."

"And you've lost not a little," The man said the same question i had been previously asking myself.

"My name is Kephar Meggar - and thus would be Master Drohnze's slave, yes?" He peered at us, looking somehow as if he were wearing glasses, which he wasnt.

"And you would be slaves, too?" He questioned.

(If you have read Vampire Diaries, you will know that Elena is tied up with Bonnie and Meredrith. In my version she isnt.)

"Yes but-" Elena began but stopped and looked shocked.

She was a slave, right? Hmm.....

"But our master is very different from hers."

"And yet Drohnze allowed you to bring this woman to a healer?" He looked at her doubtedfully.

But i cut in, "Yes, after um...he, well i bought her." I finished choosing my words carefully.

Elena nodded.

"But please - she's bleeding and she's going to have a baby...."

I walked out leaving them to deal with it.

I laid Lily down on the battered brown bench in the waiting room and kissed her forehead gently watching her chest rise and fall.

Suddenly there was a burst of energy and Lily awoke sitting bolt upright and yelped nearly falling of my knee.

"Help Her." I could hear from the other room.

It was Elena.

It was like lighting was erupting from the other room.

I could smell blood and i was getting sick of it.

Lily's POV.

Whoah, what was THAT!? Ah! Where am I?

"Ugh? Kale what happened, where are we?" I wheezed.

He looked down at me and said,

"Oh, um...a healer is treating the Woman and you fainted." He snickered and i hit him on the arm.

"That girl took those beatings though! Is she alright!?" I remembered.

"Yes, Yes she is." He seemed distracted.

"Kale?"

"There's too much blood Lily." He gulped.
