How to Respond if I Have a Panic Attack

So basically, you don't really need to do anything as long as Cloe is with me. Just make sure people aren't distracting her from doing her thing and that you don't distract her, either. Sometimes Cloe will seem like she is ignoring my commands and do something else instead. This is something I learned about her when she didn't behave my commands once while I had a panic attack. I think Cloe can tell if I need her to do DPT*  or if I need to be mentally stimulated, because I remember her getting playful with me.

A way that can help ground me and bring me out of a panic attack is music. Once we get to a more quiet and/or secluded place, take a pair of earbuds from my bag (if I don't have a pair and you have one on you please let me use those). They'll either be in a front pocket or a pocket inside my bag. Always ask if you can go in my bag, you'll either get a verbal or non-verbal answer. Listening to music, especially songs I know, help stimulate my brain to focus on the voice and/or beat, and if I start to ground, I'll start lip syncing to the words or even mumble them, so don't get worried if I do that. So, I prefer to use my own music. But since other headphones don't work with my phone (iphone 7), your phone and earbuds can be used if I don't have my pair and yours aren't compatible with my phone.

So yeah that's basically it. If you want me to add anything let me know.
