"How long are you going to avoid this?" Maya asked.

"Life's just moving on from that thing that happened between me and Lucas." Riley replied.

I giggled softly as Maya made kissy faces.

"I know what it is, you do not have to fish face at me. Life is over it Maya."

"Life isn't over it, haven't you noticed life stopped moving? Nothing is Happening."

"Everything is happening!"

"If you get to date boys can I do that too?" I asked.

"Never Doll Face." Maya said. "You're too young to be messing around with boys."

I laughed and did a cute fake pout.

"Until we talk about IT, we can't do anything."

"Oh that's the talk of a kook."

Awkward silence played out until Farkle came in.

"Ladies." He said winking at Maya and Riley.

"Yay!" Riley said hugging him with a bright smile.

"Is there any particular reason you're here Mon Chéri?" 'My darling'

"Well Amour, I have two concert tickets and I was wondering which one of these ladies to take."

I smiled at the trio and raised an eyebrow.

"I like the way you hug me Riley, I'm taking you."

As he was left I climbed out the window with him to school.

I once again sat in my designated seat behind Farkle.

He handed me a pack of gummy bears, I smiled and delight.

"You look nice today Amour, I love denim on you."

"Thanks Farkle." I said quietly. Even though I was used to compliments, I still got all quiet.

I popped gummy bears into my mouth as the lesson started once more.

"The new world, people who've lived in the same place travel to a new land. To see new opportunities and feelings. Having no idea how to act in this new society."

"Lucas what did you tell him?" Riley whispered.

"I don't know I am as uncomfortable as you are." He whispered back.

"Wait so he has no idea if Riley kissed Lucas? So everything he's saying is making them uncomfortable?" Farkle asked.

"Yeah." I said with another giggle.

"Take full opportunity of this." Maya said.

"So Mr. Matthews, what do you do after you take in the face of the new world in your trembling hands, trying to grasp this."

"Farkle what are you saying?" Dad asked cautiously.

"So what? Do they become a couple now?" Farkle asked.

"Huh?"

"Wait..??"

"What!"

"Oh, you don't understand my question? Perhaps my dear friend Maya Penelope Hart could help me out?"

"Mr. Matthews, I think Farkle is trying to say, after you kiss the shores of the new world. I bet your old friends from the old world would like to hear about this new world. And if you don't tell them, well, that's just selfish."

"What are you trying to say Penelope?" Dad asked.

"Are you supposed to be a couple here or what?"

"Okay what is going on here?"

"Nothing Dad, can we please just read the book? The girl and boy had no idea that everything was changing. Including there bodies... what the?"

"Riley, I think you're reading the health book...." I said.

"Riley what is really going on here?"

"You know what? Farkle kissed my hand." Maya said.

"It was glorious."

"It was, then I went home and questioned everything."

"Okay and where were you when all of this band kissing was going on?" Dad questioned.

"No where it's no one doing nothing." Riley said.

Dad started to approach Lucas who was increasingly getting nervous.

Lucas ran out of the classroom.

"Everyone is staring at me." Riley said. I rubbed her arm in sympathy.

"Did you kiss?"

"Yes." Riley replied.

"Tell and take your time."

"Nothing happened, Maya back me up here."

"So are you guys boyfriend and girlfriend now? What are ya?" They kept pestering.

"I don't know, do we have to be something?" Riley asked.

"I don't know you kissed him. What are ya?"

"Look it just happen so back off of her would ya?" Maya said.

"But you guys are meant to be together, just like Yogi and Me!"
