Thor's Week Day 3 - Grief

Ookay, so this isn't actually a fic, but it is a Thor's Week thing so I'll put it here. For day three (sorry this is out late) I have written a parody of The Lucky One by Taylor Swift. It's post Infinity War/Post Endgame, describing Thor's Grief. 

Another day, another dawn

Everyone is tired, exhausted and worn

And your life has changed too much for the worse

You've met so many people your grateful to know

But they can never replace those from your home

And you have no idea what you did to deserve this curse

You try to smile but the light has died;

Extinguished from your eyes

'Cause you know that you can't replace what you've lost

And everything you do comes with a cost

There's no way to replace what you've lost, oh, oh, oh

His final words are weighing on your mind

So every day you sit and watch the sun slowly rise

And try to deny the painful fact

That your friends and family and ones you hold dear,

All your people who disappeared

Are never going to come back

The grief eats you alive

When everyone who's loved you has died

And you can never replace what you've lost

All of your actions come with a cost

There's no way to replace everything you've lost, oh, oh, oh

It's a few years later, and you're still here

And everyone else has got their lives back in gear

But your family were the only ones that couldn't be brought back

Looking around at all the people you saved

You can't help thinking that it was all in vain

And everyone keeps telling you it's not that bad

The desire to escape burns

And all their smiles just make it worse

All you can do now is think about what you've lost

And try to stop others from the lines that you've crossed

Living without family only gets worse

Wishing that time could be reversed
