Section 1: Kindergarten
So the first few chapters here are going to be about kindergarten but I wanted to start by talking about what it was like growing up in a Montessori Kindergarten School. For lunch we had to buy our food. They gave us fake money and then we had to pick from apples, crackers, cheese, and probably some other stuff as long as it fits in our budget, which I guess is kind of weird in hindsight, but now I'm an expert at spending well (no I'm not)
They also had us learn how to clean stuff. They always gave us some old (as they would call it, "tarnished") silver stuff like teapots and plates. Then we got to clean it with a rag and some kind of cleaning detergent. That might sound really weird, but that was actually really fun, and not just because the detergent smelled soooo good.
We also had these small models of objects and I think we had to identify them, I don't remember much of that.
I don't remember much more of learning stuff, but if I do, I'll add it here and say I added it in another chapter, I promise the next ones will be more interesting.
