Laura's pov:

Rocky made me walk with him to the park cuz' he wanted to go but no one wanted to go with him. I thought it was cuz' he wanted to help clear my mind of Ross but nooo~

We sat on the swings just talking until Rocky brought up a random topic.

Rocky: When you and Riker were dating... did he... uh... say, anything about me ?

I looked at him strangely

Laura: Random... but no. Why ?

Rocky looked relieved

Rocky: No reason.

I gave him a stern look before he gave in

Rocky: Fine ! Fine, just stop starin' at me !!

I laughed

Rocky: So... When you and Riker were dating I sorta... HadacrushonyouandRikerfoundout.

Rocky rushed the last part but not fast enough so i couldnt make out the words.

I didn't know what to say, is he saying he likes me now ? is he going to ask me out ? do i like him ? oh god...

Laura: Oh...

Rocky: Dont worry ! I-I dont now...

Laura: Oh... well thats... good.

For some reason I was a little dissapointed.

Rocky: So um~ I was wondering if~

There it is~ I knew it, he still likes me. He's gonna say hang out as "friends" but what he really wants is to be more than friends. Its so obvious.

Laura: Rocky thats flattering but I only think of you as a brother, i dont like you that way so if we went out it'de be weird.

Rocky: Uh... actually i was gonna say can you help me out with this girl I like...

Well this is awkward. I just rejected him proudly when he wasn't even asking me out. he doesn't even like me !

Laura: Oh.... my g~d I am so sorry ! Wow this is awkward ..

Rocky: And you just made made it more awkward by saying it was awkard (He chuckled)

I could feel myself blush a deep red of embarassment

Laura: I forget the flip phone incident and you forget this ? (I asked hopeful)

Rocky grinned

Rocky: Deal.

We continued sitting on the swings completely forgetting about the awkward moment that happend earlier.

I was laughing at an embarassing story he was telling me when my phone started ringing.

Laura: Oh ! My weird mystical phone thingy is ringing Rocky (I teased)

Rocky: HEyyy !! I thought we agreed to forget about it (He pouted) Besides, that thing shouldnt even be considered as a phone.

I rolled my eyes and answered the call

Laura: Hello ?

???: Meet at the cafe we were at before.

Laura: Ross ?! How- how did you get my number ? and why ?

Ross: Just meet me there-

-- end call --

Ross hung up on me without letting me say anything~ Jerk.
