Dwelling in the northeastern corner of the Greater Faydark was the realm of Felwithe, city of the Koada'Dal (High Elves). This royal hamlet was founded after the destruction of the ancient forest Elddar on the continent of Antonica, formally known as Tunaria. Swallowed up by the heat from Lord of the Sun and Flame, Solusek Ro, the homeland of Takish'Hiz was now at the bottom of a desert grave. Elddar Forest became the Deserts of Ro. Felwithe was named after the Koada'Dal heroine Alissa Felwithe, who led her people to Faydwer during those tragic years. She helped secure the Greater Faydark as the new homeland for the children of Tunare, their goddess, Mother of All.

The city was constructed with a combination of delicately beautiful, magical Elf work and earthy Dwarven labor. The multi-colored paints, use of gems and precious metals, and mysterious magical carvings were a wonderful sight to behold. Just outside the gate, as well as inside the entrance along the white bridge were the knights of Koada'Vie standing guard. This elite paladin organization of the Felwithe Defenders was led by General Jyleel. Appointed by King Tearis Thex himself, Jyleel was a valuable asset to the defense of the keep.

The tower in the Defender's Hall was the first building seen across the bridge over the pond. The pathways of the paladin guild outline Northern Felwithe. On either end of the Hall were tunnels covered in vines, which led into streets of shops, taverns and inns. On the south city street was the Felwithe Keeper where locals and travelers may keep belongings in store they need not in bags they carry.

In the middle of Northern Felwithe was the Stump of Darkness, which is the home of the cleric guild. Its name is not unusual, for the temple of the All Mother was built in the tree stump underground. Leader of the clerics was High Priest Yeolarn Bronzeleaf. He was unsurpassed in his zeal to protect the Koada'Dal and Fier'Dal (Wood Elves) from their enemies. Darkest of these were the Teir'Dal (Dark Elves), but Yeolarn would like nothing more than to remove the taint of Innoruuk from them and return them to their former glory.

Beyond the temple were marble floor stairs descending to the four archways of white stone, which were part of the bordering pathways. People loved to stand on the balcony for fishing above the moat of crystalline waters on the south side of the small cliff. Along the edge of the moat was a dirt road with isolated fishing shops. Near the buildings, down by the water was where children played, jumping off the large rocks, back on to the ground or into the water.

Entering Southern Felwithe, the first seeable construction was at the top of a hill straight ahead. Spells, reagents, and supplies were sold here for the studies of all three arcane halls. West of the shop was a bridge to the Nexus of the Art above a large pond. In the upstairs chamber of the nexus were three platforms, which teleport to the three guild halls of the magical academy across the pond on the west, north, and east cliffs. Hanging on the walls above the platforms were banners, bearing the symbol of one of the Keepers of the Art, Hall of Enchantment, Hall of Magic and Hall of Wizardry.

The academy was headed by a council of three most skillful magic wielding High Elves. Each of them represented one of the magical arts practiced by the Koada'Dal, Niola Impholder, the magician; Kinool Goldsinger, the enchanter; and Tarker Blazetoss, the wizard. All three enhanced their apprentices' understanding of the arts with discipline and ideal teachings.
