Life Changer

A Casual Stream

(Posting this so I can look back and see what I need to re-write!!)

Tomura was in his room playing a fighting game and streaming like always. It was a normal day for him, it's been like this ever since he was fairly young.
He got a few requests about a battle. he kindly said you had to be 13+ which he still got a few comments. He let some people play with him which was pretty fun until it was getting late. After the battle he had with a 14 year old he got a certain person to fight with and they sure did have a mic.

"Sup dude I'm Tomura as you already know, What's your name?"

"Hello, the name's Dabi, pleasure to be playing with you"

"Alright, lets get started"

They played for a good couple of minutes laughing and insulting each other quite a bit since none of them died until Tomura decided to fire a gun at dabi.

"WAIT WHERE'D YOU GET THAT MOPHEAD!?"

"HAH HAH"

"hmph-"

"Hey we should play again some time, I'll send you a friend request"

Tomura sent a friend request to Dabi which he gladly accepted. Dabi took off his headset and said a goodbye before leaving Tomura alone. Tomura smiled and ended the stream then set his status as offline not wanting to get anymore attention. He played for a few hours on his own and then got off to go eat with All for One at the dinner table. He didn't live a bad life but he didn't live the best. Tomura has been through a car crash which killed his parents and left multiple scars or atleast that's what he tells everyone. He was taken to a foster home but ran away due to the horrible living condition and that's where he met all for one, his new father who raised him pretty well.

Tomura got online but not to stream and suddenly he heard a "Beep!". He looked over to the side of his TV, he wasn't playing on a computer like usual but the duel feature still worked at anytime with friends and dabi was his only one at the time. At the side of the TV screen he saw dabi who in the game was running towards him.

"Heh, didn't expect you to be online!"

"Well usually when I get off to go eat dinner I come back to play alone with random people"

"You spend a lot of time playing games don't you"

"Yea- SHIT WATCH OUT THERE IS A GUY ABOUT TO SNIPE YOU!"

They both ran off and then continued to play. Tomura hadn't played with someone so skilled in a while and was actually quite surprised.

"Hey by any chance can I get your number?"

"Wow that is very straight forward but sure, you should probably write it down since another match is starting soon"

"Alright"

Tomura grabbed a pen and paper really quick and wrote down dabi's number and continued to play. It was all fun until his hands began to hurt and mess him up.

"Heh, a famous gamer sucks at a game he plays so much!?"

"H-Hey! Shut up I'm just tired!"

"alright, alright"

All for one opened the door to Tomuras room.

"Hey Tenko, bedtime in 20 minutes"

"K dad!"

He closed the door and left him alone.

"Hey so is Tomura your screen name?"

"U-Uhm n-no lets go back to playing for a while"

"...... Alright?"

After 17 minutes the match ended and Tomura logged off again saying goodnight to Dabi. He went to brush his teeth and change into his pajamas then layed down in his bed and texted Dabi wanting to talk to him more.

Gaming Buddy (Dabi)

Me: Hey, You awake?

Dabi 🎮: Is this Tomu? Well then yeah. I go to bed at 12:00. Aren't you supposed to go to bed?

Me: Uhm well yeah but I don't wanna go to sleep because it's 9 fricken pm! You're lucky you get to sleep late. Btw this is Tomura, yeah.

Dabi 🎮: Heh, Do you stream tomorrow? If not can I invite you to get something to eat or get some coffee or something?

Tomura didn't notice but he began to blush at the thought. He did stream the next day but he wanted to hang out with dabi so he made a short announcement that he wouldn't be streaming tomorrow. He didn't know why but he really wanted to hang out with his new friend.

Me: Well I did but I decided decided to probably get out more. So where should we hang out. Should we go on a walk? Get something like tea, or maybe that sushi place.

Dabi 🎮: The sushi place sounds nice. Is it the one near the arcade? Or are we talking about different places heh heh :/

Me: Yup! When should we meet? 1:30pm? Because I'm not exactly an early bird and I need my dad's permission

Dabi 🎮: Sure that sounds alright. You should probably go to sleep then. It's better now than any other time huh?

Me: Heh yeah, well then g'night dabs

Tomura put his phone down and fell asleep excited for the next day. How would Dabi look in real life? How would he act? Would he think he's weird? What would he think of his actions. He eventually went to sleep thinking about all the thoughts that randomly popped up in his head and then got a weird feeling in his stomach causing him to toss and turn for most of the night.
