I usually don't draw things from eye, as this book already shows quite well. But my art teacher made me push out of my shell when I asked her to give me something to draw (I was already done with our assignment). She told me to draw these old, vintage type scissors (paint chips, rust, and all) and show her at the end of the hour the next days
(I think) she was happy with the outcome, like I am. Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of the scissors I looked off of, since I couldn't take her scissors home.
