Heat Wave

It was the beginning of summer in Magix city. Kids could be seen have a nice picnic in the courtyard and from the window you'd notice the buffed specialists have a battle outside. Everything was cheery and bright....except in the dorm room 205.

Behind the burgundy door, 12 bodies were splayed dead around the room. Heat radiating from every angle. Some were on the floor, other leaning against one another on the sofas. The room just like the people in it was a mess. Empty water bottles, excess clothing, tissues, towels, magazines - everything you need to survive a scorching summer...

Timmy: I don't think I can take it anymore! The ginger specialist wined slouching on the spiny chair

Brandon: Hold on Timster! We are getting out of here soon he groaned as he lay flat on the carpet, his green vest top drenched in sweat

Sky: It's 38 degrees! he said on the verge of tears as he pulled his shoulder length blonde hair into a ponytail

Riven: This is all your fault Princess! If it weren't for your stupid spell, we wouldn't be burning alive in this damned dorm room! He spat as he wiped the sweat of his forehead

Stella: I said I was sorry and plus I wasn't the one who jammed the door shut!! She yelled as she glared daggers at Nabu

Nabu: Hey! At least I didn't blast the heat wave that is causing all this mess! He shouted back, accusingly pointing his staff at the fairy

Leyla: Will everyone please shut up and try open the door again! She groaned while rubbing her temples

Hella: I'll do it he said calmly as he slowly got up from the loveseat he shared with Flora and walked towards the burgundy door

Flora: Anything? She said as she leaned over to look at her boyfriend forcefully pulling at the door

Hella: Nope! He grumbled as he continued to pull at the handle

Bloom: It's no use. Our only hope is to try contact someone again she said as she fanned herself with the "Specialists Catalogue"

Tecna: We tried that...remember she retorted in irritation as she continued to roll up her leggings

Riven: Aren't y'all fairies?! Shouldn't you be able to like swish the door open? Or you know bibadi babbidi boo us an air conditioner?!

Musa: We could...if the heat wave didn't take away all our powers she snapped as she wiped away the sweat

Riven: Chill babe, the heat has taken quiet a toll on your mood swings. But don't worry...you still look hot! He smirked with wink making Musa fume with rage

Bloom: RIVEN! Now is not the time for overly cheesy pick up lines!

Hella: Bad ones especially he mumbled as he sipped on his 5th bottle of water

Musa: Screw it! I'm stripping! She yelled as she jumped from her seat

Riven: That's what I'm talking about he murmured as he leaned back on the sofa

Flora: Musa! There's people here she hissed

Musa: I don't really care if anyone here sees my bra. I'm boiling! I'm sweaty! And my tank top is sticking to me like a leech! PLUS the boys all have their tops off! She screamed as Flora face palmed herself knowing her advice was most defiantly not gonna be taken

Sky: Hey Timmy, pass the mini fan. It's my turn He called ignoring the fairy of music who was struggling to pull the soggy top off her head

Timmy: Here ya go bro. I feel like we are gonna be stuck here a while...he sighed with a pained look directed at the door

1 hour later:

In the last hour the temperature has increased by 5 degrees. The water was running low and the mini fan has now been dead for 20 minutes. Some like, Flora and Helia, have fallen asleep leaning on each other. Many were just lying still, unable to move. The only thing that was heard around the room was the heaving breathing from the awake.

Brandon: You're so lucky you're not effected by this he said gently as he rubbed Stella's leg from his position on the floor

Stella: I feel so helpless Brandon. I was the one who caused this and I'm not even paying the price she said as she stroked Brandon's hair in return

Brandon: Hey don't say that. You lost control of your powers - it happens. Nabu tripped over his staff and made it blast a closing spell at the door. Think about that he chuckled making Stella smile

Stella: I just wish there was something I could do she said curiously as she observed the room around her.

Tecna: Stel, your phone she panted as she heard a buzzing noise from the table

Stella: MY PHONE!!! She screamed with joy as she dashed for the device, waking everyone up in the process

Stella: Hello?!?!?!

Roxy: Stella! Finally! I was trying to contact you guys for ages. Had to have Lola from downstairs make this whole machine to fix the signal!

Stella: ROXY! Listen! Me and the rest of the guys are stuck in Red Fountain dorm number 205. It's 42 degrees here and everyone needs out ASAP!

Roxy: Oh my God! I'm coming! I'll be there in 5! Hold on!

Sky: WHO WAS IT?! WHAT DID SHE SAY?!

Stella: it's Roxy! She's coming to get us! She exclaimed as she saw everyone's eyes light up in glee

Timmy: PRAISE THE LORD!!

Riven: Hallelujah!!!

Bloom: Oh hail ROXY!!!
