Moments

Moments, something we cherish, sometimes we hate them. In this instance the moment I'm going to tell you about is a moment Rain hates. First, who is rain? Rain is a brilliant 15 year old girl, she also has an extraordinary talent. This talent is different, to say the least. Rain has the ability to change into anything or anyone she wants. At first Rain hated it, but Willow was always there to help Rain through it. Willow was Rains twin sister, she didn't have the ability Rain did, so  Willow was the "normal one" in the family. The key word in that last sentence is "Was," the moment Rain hates, is the day Willow died. The day Willow died wasn't unusual or sad and gloomy, it was actually quite a normal and nice day. Willow was on a walk to a little cafe her and Rain liked, it was only about two blocks away. Rain was asleep and so Willow went alone, as Willow walked by the bank, about two buildings away she was grabbed and dragged into the building. Willow screamed with a gun to her head as the police ran in and the robber pulled the trigger.  Willow dropped to the ground and immediately died. As for the robber, he was shot in the leg and was convicted of second degree murder along with countless other charges. 

fast forward about a year, rain lost herself after willows death. Rain's safe haven is still the coffee shop. though, after the tragic death of her sister everyone was spooked and now the coffee shop is struggling to stay in business. rain goes to a prestigious high school, where everyone knows everyone. rain rules the school even though very few know this. after willow was gone rain began using her power to blackmail people in the school, it was easy for her. Simply transform into an animal of choice, rains go to was a bird. Then record the conversation whether it be a drug deal or a nasty breakup rain had it. next rain would anonymously leave a copy of the tape on their front porch or bed with a note. the note was typed up carefully and read "I own you, you will do what I tell you when I tell you or this tape won't be a secret, tell anyone and I will destroy you." at first it was just a game for rain, she very solemnly used them, all it was for her was entertainment. until one day, rain got a note of her own along with a tape of her getting ready for bed last night. Rain just ignored it.
