"Hey, Roselin, how do you think this will go?"
"Honestly, I have no idea. I just hope this doesn't end in catastrophe..."
Updraft grumbled in the front seat, "Stop thinking bad thoughts. You're going to ruin this operation."
Pathfinder tossed a blowtorch to Rose. "What's our ETA again? I forgot."
"For the last time, Pathfinder, we will arrive in 85 minutes!" Rose said, annoyed.

Date: 21:45, January 27, 2012
Location: Dawn Valley Defense Lab, Parking Lot

"Hah! We were 5 minutes off!" Pathfinder smirked triumphantly. "You owe me $100!"
Rose grudgingly tossed him a wad of cash.
"Will you please stop betting on my driving skills? And you do realize that both of you are wrong, right? We arrived at exactly 21:45."
"W-well screw you!" Pathfinder reluctantly threw the money back.
Updraft gestured to their bags. "Grab 'em quickly or Wren's going to take away a bigger cut of our bonus!"
Hey, you guys at the lab yet?
"Yeah," they said in unison.
Alright. We estimate that there around 35 guards total. The office is on the third floor. O36A.
"You estimate? I thought we had an insider?"
He got fired three days ago. They must've thought something was off. Take extra precautions, okay?
"Roger that."

Location: Dawn Valley Defense Lab, Hallway L3

"Ready?"
Updraft sighed. "Ready as I'll every be."
Rose placed a C4 on the doorway saying O36A.
"5...4...2...GO!"
The door blasted open.

Date: 21:55, January 27, 2012
Location: Dawn Valley Defense Lab, Office 36A

"Hey, Sam, do you think [REDACTED] will give us extra time off since we worked overtime on Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Eve?"
Sam sighed. "I don't know. [REDACTED] has been wanting us to set our personal lives aside just to continue research on PO."
Patrick looked up from his computer. "I know we're all sad that Jen was fired, but we can't just sit around and mope all day. We gotta work. The sooner we finish this, the better."
He looked back at his screen. "Come on, guys."
Sam reluctantly returned to his seat and began to say, "Really, Jade?" but was violently cut off by a massive explosion at the door.
"Get down! On the ground! NOW!" Rose shouted at the three terrified scientists. Pathfinder and Updraft took out their bags and started collecting info.
"Get down before I shoot you!" Rose waved her gun at Sam.
"Calm down, you aren't going to die today..." Sam whispered quietly to himself.
Rose began to blowtorch the door.
"Why did this have to happen today?" Jade groaned on the floor.
Updraft knocked her unconscious.
Have you found the file location yet?
"Starting the hack, okay?"
Make sure you cover all tracks.
"Understood, ma'am."
Hilarious.
Rose picked up her blowtorch. "We're done here, boys! Knock 'em hard."
The three scientists would wake up the next morning with severe memory loss.

Location: Tonto National Park

"Sucks that you can't see anything outside right now. Maybe I'll come visit sometime," said Pathfinder.
Rose took off her mask. "I'm just glad we made it out alive."
"Yeah. I hope Wren pays us extra for this."
Pathfinder held out his hand. "Rock Paper Scissors?"
Rose made a fist. "Sure, why not."

The sound of gunfire illuminated the night. "Get down, Rose!" Pathfinder yelled as he took out his gun. "You're the important one!"
"Well... shit." Rose whispered before crawling under the chair.
Roselin, is everything alright?

Location: Halcyon HQ

Wren rushed into the communications room. "Any info on Roselin, Pathfinder, and Updraft's whereabouts?"
"Sorry, boss. We don't have any suitable nearby assets."
Wren sweared. "It seems as we might have to hire a freelancer to go investigate... any suggestions?"
"Well, I know a few that will be up to the task..."
