Quirk: Eyes light
What it does: It allows him to manipulate light as long as he can see it. Such as creating objects out of light and such. When he forms the light into a shape or something it appears as a golden light naturally unless he chooses to change its color
Drawback: The longer he uses it the more it will hurt his eyes. Eventually he will start to bleed from his eyes and if he uses it even longer he'll go blind for a while thus rendering him quirkless until he can see. It requires him to be able to see so if he's blindfolded or something then uh oh
