In the woods clearing stood two figures, locked in a loose but loving embrace. The man toward over the woman, a passionate look covering his face.
"How do you feel?" He asked softly, his eyes revealing his deep concern.
"Fine." The girl answered, a warm smile on her face. "Now we can be together forever, Edward!" Her high spirits fell when she saw a pained expression covering her newly wedded husband's face. "Edward? What's wrong?"
Before he could answer, the man vanished, his remains, are but ashes on the ground. A short blonde wielding a wooden stake was instead in his place.
Bella was alarmed and started to run, however she halted to a stop when she felt a sharp pain shooting through her heart. In matter of moments, she too turned to a pile of dust, able to fit in an ashtray in seconds.
Buffy walked over to Bella's remains and retrieved the stake she had thrown from a distance. "Vampires," she uttered as she rolled her eyes. "They just don't make them like they use too."
