Christmas Marathon

MJ and Peter decided to spend Christmas Eve having their own marathon, watching the best Christmas movies in their opinions
MJ was all ready in her Rudolf PJ pants and a "ho ho homicide" shirt on and that bowl of popcorn in her hands as she made her way to the indoor theater in the compound
Inside the theater was Peter who covered one of the couches (Tony instead of regular theater chairs has recliners on the outside rows but the inside rows have couches) with fuzzy blankets he had stolen from rooms in the building promising himself he will return them before Nats nap today, and all the pillows that looked the fluffiest
Peter turned around and smiled brightly when he heard her walk in
He was wearing PJ pants with little iron man helmets that had Santa hats all over then covering the pants while his shirt read "◽️naughty ◽️nice ☑️ I tried"
As they sat down on the couch under the piles of blankets and propped against pillows they had cuddled together and saved a little spot for their popcorn, drinks, and candy and started their first movie "Elf"
They two laughed as they acted out some parts with one another or made the other laugh as they preformed famous lines from the movie just as the character was saying it, mimicking them
They were on the "Christmas Story" when the theater doors opened
"Oh there you guys are!" Ned yelled proud that he had found his friends after looking so long, "you guys watching that movie, oh can I join!" Ned was an awesome friend and usually the first to catch onto anything with the slightest hint of romance, but not right now
As he was about to run down the steps and join them, which the two didn't want to hurt him by saying it was just going to be the two of them, Flash looked around the entrance and knew what was going on
"Come on Ned," he said as he dragged him back up the stairs by the collar of his shirt, Mrs Potts wants us to help her make cookies" and then they left, MJ and Peter promised to remember to by an extra present for him
So they continued to watch the movies all the way to "A miracle on 34th street" when Peter finally relised
"Hey you know about captain Marvel, how is it that I have never met her yet."

"I don't know, maybe because you never saw her before means you can't dream about her to be here." Peter looked at her, confused to why that had she said that like it was common sense, and what did that mean?"

"Oh look!" She said when it got to her favorite part. Peter didn't pay attention to the movie anymore. He was still confused to what MJ had said, he had to figure it out

"Come on Pete, tomorrows Christmas we have to get to bed!" He Let MJ lead him up the stairs but ended up caring her on her back cause she was tired and refused to drag him, he dropped her off at her room and said goodnight and went to his not far away, laying in bed thinkingn it over and over till...
He finally fell asleep
