01. CREDIT(s). credit me for your desired cover in the description box of your book. if you don't, then you're name will be on the blacklist.
02. USAGE OF COVER(s). use your cover for a week. it would be disappointing if my hardwork went to waste.
03. PROPER FORM(s). fill out the form properly or else i'll not fulfill your request. i need to understand what i'm about to do before i do it.
