Chapter One -No trust found

It was a sunny rainy day when the gates of hell were opened and different vices started manifesting themselves in a known being who happened to be Mr Rock. He was well and popularly known as the most quiet and reserved human being who could hardly hurt a mosquito by his looks. Only God knows what transpired between him and the devil that shook the whole world as if the trumpet had been sounded long ago and no living creature made it.

"I promised to bring her and nobody can stop me" this was what brought Amelia back to her once funfair - in her own eyes - house.

Amelia, a fair and slim lady of 17 sees herself as the luckiest nd unluckiest being that ever existed. Anyways, what can she bring out of the puzzle that life has given her as a companion.

Hatred, love, low self-esteem, sometimes calculated joy and all sorts of qualities life can give. Being from an average home, she sees herself as a future holder who thinks the responsibility, joy and pain of the house rest on her.

"I can do anything I like and nobody can stop me" her father roared like a fearful lion. He even knows he is not up to the task but wants to do as normal head of the house.. Lols. Who is going to loose?- that was what propped in the moment she left them.

She has always feel insecure and guilty for not protecting her mom- she will break. "I'm not strong" was all she could utter. Because of this misunderstandings, she almost lost her brother to another family when he was still in heaven. Only God knows why he chose the family despite knowing everything - maybe on purpose.

During her school days, she was relieved of her joy, since both parents can't see her suffering as a child, she tries to move on but every time she moves, she always stumble on sadness. She gets bullied by herself since she is inferior to her mates.

Despite this, she is a strong lady as one of her boyfriends will always say which she partially believes. She lives for her family despite all odds but was never seen.

She can't go to a friend's house because she always feel people around her are insecure if left alone. Rather, she walks to and fro like a hundred year old man that missed his ways since his birth, she believes the more she walks, the more the troubles slip out like a fat.

With her elder sister who has the look of give me some time, I'm gonna run away and a small baby boy who, if not for divine and medical intervention, he would have been forgotten because of frequent crises.

Amelia loves her brother as her own soul, something Jonathan did with David that cost his life. She can probably give out her heart for her family despite all odds.

She thought every thing that happened to her when she was young was fate or designed by her parents, not knowing the lack of cooperation makes her life incomplete till now.

She accidentally finds herself being one of the three best in her school, forgetting that a one - eyed man will be considered a king and reverenced in the city of blind people. Still she made an unnamed name where it never counts.

At the age of twelve, it began to dawn on her that everything is against her. She was left to care for her emotions since nobody cares to help. Even if it was known, a soothing word of courage to her but flimsy excuses to deceive her.

With hope, she focussed on the day luck will shine on her when everything she had hoped for will be given.
