Walking alone
Going home
I don't know if I belong or if I'm supposed
I am not forced
I had to get out of there
I do have, the need to take a breath
But in such place
Rusty pavements, smokey sky
No oxygen, nothing's mine, nothing fresh
Not before, not tonight.
Low sounds, traffic noise
No, it cannot be that shriveled voice
He does not pass
I cannot see
My heart pumps blood, but not in me
Shriveled, ugly frustrating voice
I turn around; three unknown boys
I close my eyes, the boys left, the blood is back
Gone to lilac fields, now in my heart
Perhaps my mind, maybe a lie
Reminded me of him this night
No harm is done and I won't cry
But if I hear that voice again in this quivering silence
I'll stab a pen
Right in my eye.

PoetryJust some shitty poem I'd written a while ago regarding me hallucinating my ex while walking home extremely sleep-deprived. It's my first time posting any work so like : /
