Slowly gliding her fingers over the marble counter and observing the polished wooden floors was two out of the 5 things Sanchez, has wanted in her first apartment and with all the other 3 already approved, she was going to yes to her first home something that she has always wanted for awhile now and has finally accomplished.
"I'll take it" She said doing a full 360 taking in the sight of her new home, which resulted with her skirt somewhat elevating which abruptly gained the attention of her obnoxious real estate agent who is constantly asking her on a date which she regected for the millionth time because she was undoubtedly not interested in him or any of his kind if you know what I mean.
"Ok Ms.Sanchez, just a few more papers to sign and you'll be able to move in the /*next week," He said steadily taking his time making his way over to her but she quickly strided out of her apartment before he made a move and caught a glance of her new neighbour who was struggling with two boxes and her furry friend.
"May I help?" She took one big step over to her taking the box from her so her new neighbour was able to open the door of her apartment with alot of heaving but was successful afterall.
"Thank you so much I was just so frus-" I stopped her before she could say anything else
"No problem anytime i'm your new neighbour Sanchez", She held her hand out waiting for a formal handshake but instead the short mysterious neighbour laughed at her and snorted a little which Sanchez found adorable
"I'm sorry i'm Nani" putting down all the load she wiped off her sweaty palms in her coat and shook her hand
"Well Nani it was nice meeting you I hope to see you around alot" Sanchez said still shaking her hand
"Well of course i'm your neighbour and you can uhh stop now" She said awkwardly and Sanchez stopped not realizing what she was doing
"I'm sorryy about that" Sanchez quiclkly said before turning around and heading into her apartment
"Hmmm she seems nice" Nani said tilting her head slightly so she could check out her new neighbour before going into her apartment.
