After Aiko finished fixing Obi-Wan's wounds, it was almost time for the auction. Aiko had sewn the rips and tears in his vest, before giving it to him to put back on. A collar with a chain attached to it was then placed around his neck, along with the shock collar. On his wrists, he still had simple binders along with cuffs that had chains attached to them, just like the collar.

The handcuffs were to attach him to a chain with the other slaves that Braz owned and the collar and chain were to lead him around with when he was detached from the other slaves. Simple enough. Kenobi thought.

Obi-Wan was being led into a big tent filled with people. As he was brought into the tent, Kenobi's wide and fearful eyes scanned the place. He saw many people; the wealthy being most recognized by their attire, just as the slaves were easily recognized by their attire.

Obi-Wan almost fell over from the hard jerk of the chains around his neck as he was led to a spot behind a curtain. "SIT!" the slave keeper instructed, pointing to a bench where all of Braz's other slaves sat. That was what Obi-Wan guessed, anyway.

"Welcome! Welcome!" Obi-Wan heard Braz say from the other side of the curtain. I get it now... behind the curtain is a stage and the curtain must be a separation between backstage, where the slaves are kept, and the actual stage. Obi-Wan thought as he heard Braz speak again.

"I hope you all know that this is a very special auction as I, Braz Albin, have brought forth a slave that was, I warn you, freshly caught just over a week ago," Braz said. Ah... so I was out longer than I thought... Kenobi thought to himself as Braz continued to speak. "He may need further processing, so I cannot guarantee he won't cause you trouble. However! What I can assure you, is that he is a fine specimen. Please welcome to the stage, slave number one!" Braz announced.

Obi-Wan felt himself be jerked forward by the chains attached to his collar and he fell on his face from how hard the tug was. All Obi-Wan could hear as he tried to stand on his own two feet was wolf-whistles, laughter, and shouts.

At that moment, Obi-Wan wasn't sure if there was a moment where he had ever felt more humiliated. Except for maybe the time when he had dropped the Duchess of Mandalore during his year of protection to her alongside his Master, Qui-Gon Jinn.

It was then when Braz spoke. "All right, all right, settle down everyone. I understand that he is a fine specimen, but we must start the bids. Do I hear 50,000 credits?" Braz asked as Obi-Wan quietly snorted. 50,000? Does he really think I'm only worth that much? I'm worth way more! Obi-Wan thought with a quiet chuckle.

"No 50,000? How about-" "1,000,000!" someone offered. "Ah! 1,000,000! Do I hear a 1,000,500?" Braz asked. Obi-Wan zoned out, not even caring about the bids anymore until he heard Braz exclaim the words, "Sold! To the woman in the back for 5,000,000 credits!"

Obi-Wan then came back to reality and looked around for the highest bidder as he heard the groans of disappointment from the other buyers around him. Obi-Wan watched with slight fear in his eyes as the woman walked over to the stage.

The woman was obviously royalty, or at the very least, very wealthy, considering that she could afford to bid five million credits on Obi-Wan. The woman was a blue Twi'lek and she wore a long, pale orange gown.

Obi-Wan gulped and watched as the chain connected to the collar around his neck was handed over to the woman. Suddenly, determination, anger, fear, hate, and thoughts of escape, all came crashing over Obi-Wan's mind. Obi-Wan's gaze hardened and his eyes narrowed as he jerked his neck sideways, yanking the chain from the woman's hands.

"You! Slave! Behave and go with your new owner before I give you a taste of my whip!" Braz yelled as he brought out his electro-whip, but he did not ignite it. It was merely to strike enough fear into Obi-Wan's heart to hopefully make him stand down.

A smirk came to Obi-Wan's face. "Like that would be a problem for me since you've already done so previously before this auction started."

The room filled with whispers, murmurs, shouts, and yells at Obi-Wan's statement. Good. The people are starting to doubt that I should've been brought here and if they should have even tried bidding for me. Obi-Wan thought triumphantly.

Braz growled, then looked at his audience. "Calm down everyone. You-you aren't all going to believe something that will come out of this slave's mouth, are you? He's just making all this up to sour our auction," Braz said with a nervous laugh, then turned to Obi-Wan and looked him in the eyes. "And there won't be any more rebellion from him, will there?" Braz growled in a low tone.

Obi-Wan gulped a little but stood his ground. His eyes still narrowed, gaze still hardened. Braz gave Obi-Wan a kick in the shin, making him fall to his knees with a small yell of pain. "My apologizes for the defiance of this slave," Braz apologized, spitting out the word "slave" with distaste. "I'm sure he'll be of no more trouble to you now, Queen Alizée," he continued.

So my suspicions were correct... she is a Queen. Obi-Wan thought as Queen Alizée came close to take a look at her specimen that she had purchased. "I'm not sure if I still want to buy him if he is as savage as he has demonstrated just now," the Queen said with the thick French accent that most Twi'leks possessed.

"My Queen... I swear that he can be tamed. Please, at least take him as a gift fr-" Braz tried to persuade, but the Queen cut him off. "NO! Keep this slave!" Queen Alizée looked towards Obi-Wan. "This slave is too savage and wild. He is not worth the payment I paid for him," she said as turned around.

Obi-Wan sighed in relief. However, the Queen turned back around with a smirk as she walked closer to Obi-Wan. "Tell me, Braz Albin... if I agreed to still take him... would you allow me to use him in a demonstration to show how to properly break a slave into submission...?" Queen Alizée asked.

Braz evilly grinned. "But of course, M'lady... I wouldn't have it any other way," he said slyly. Obi-Wan gulped as he watched the exchange. It didn't help that the Queen was looking at him with the hungry eyes of a predator hunting its prey.

Obi-Wan watched in fear as the Queen took the electro-whip off Braz's belt and ignited it. "YOU!" She pointed at Obi-Wan. "Bow to your Queen..." commanded Alizée. Obi-Wan narrowed his eyes with a hardened gaze. "No," he said firmly.

The Queen growled and gave him a lashing to the face. Obi-Wan grunted a little in pain as he closed his eyes, but when he opened them, his gaze was still hard and his eyes were still narrowed. "Bow to me," the Queen commanded again. "Now..." she growled out.

Obi-Wan growled back. "No. You are not my Queen, nor will you ever be. I will never bow to you," he said in a firm, but calm tone. The Queen once again struck Obi-Wan across the face. "You... will... bow..." Alizée growled. Finally, Obi-Wan lost his temper. "I will never bow to you! You are not my Queen, you do not dictate my actions, for I am a Jedi!"

As soon as that sentence flew from Obi-Wan's lips, murmurs, yells, shouts, and whispers filled the room. Oops... Obi-Wan thought. I've done gotten myself into a mess this time...
